6 months later this firm is asking money from me. Through my years of dealing of real estate I have never been asked to pay an outstanding balancing due to their negligence of “not withholding enough money.” Tracey Clemens has been uncontactable since then trying to get an explanation. Do not trust her account ledgers and statements because she will make you make you pay for their own penalties for their negligence
