Dry Dock Marine Group

My experience went about as bad as one could imagine. Took my boat in for a electrical issue and a general servicing.Paid my 2600.00 dollar bill which was a bit surprising but was glad to have my boat back. My electrical issue was a blown main fuse on the boat which was resolved. After that l have no idea what they did to my motor. First trip on the water l made it 400 feet and after coughing and sputtering the engine died. Had to paddle a 24 foot boat back to my wharf.They came to my boat the next day to diagnose the problem and that's when I realized they have absolutely no idea how to work on a motor. Could not figure out how to hook up a laptop for a diagnostic and then plugged off a vacuum line which has to stay open. My fault for not doing my background checks.They do not have a licensed mechanic or even a apprentice. Nobody qualified to do a oil change, leg oil, electrical. I had to tow my boat to Duncan to see a licensed mechanic to undo the mess they made of my motor and spend another 1000.00 dollars.There way of dealing with this is to ignore my calls and stop all email communication.Be careful people. These are our expensive toys. Do your homework. Now l have to resolve this in court......Rob.

These guys did a great job on our Malibu boat setting it up for winter and waking her for spring. These people know what they are doing and prices were fair. Recommend!!

Dry Dock Marine Service did everything they said they would in terms of my boat storage; serviced both both motors, maintenance of the batteries, wrapped the boat but allowing for breathing ( there was zero mildew upon and delivery ) and delivered back to the marina for launch on time. Overall a great experience

Dry dock Marine has been so incredible to work with. All the people working there have such a passion for boats and we are so lucky to be getting service from them. They have gone above and beyond for us on our boat whether it be winterizing it, detailing it, installing top of the line speakers and creating custom ballast tanks for us on our master craft x-star so we are able to get the best wake there can be! I highly recommend this business.thanks again for all the amazing work

The work they do is satisfactory. But they charge you extra for work you did not ask for. So many extra charges that amounted to an over $1,500 bill in addition to the agreed upon price. They are not very clear about these extra charges. This place is not worth the risk. This business will rip you off. Go somewhere else

Dry Dock has always been there to help us out when most needed and this past weekend was no exception. With the crazy rainfall our dock was about to come off the top of our pilings and Dry Dock Marine was able to show up in under an hour with a boat and strap some materials to the piles for a temporary extension. Thanks again for all you do at Dry Dock Marine!!
