Went In today for a pedicure was told to take a seat I waited for about 15 mins then to be told they was fully booked to come later I then went back later there was 4 empty pedicure chairs. The lady behind the reception told me to take a seat a few minute later a guy come and took me to my seat then a worker that was finishing her shift came to me and told me they was fully booked. It is so unprofessional I read other reviews and thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt but clearly there is no organisation in this place I do t no what the south is like but I would avoid the east store at all lengths. Very unprofessional

This friendly salon is a real treasure! Kim is an artist and my nails are never heavy and she picks the shape that suits my hands the best. I have also had several pedicures here and the hot stones at the end are a real treat. This team is professional, quick and provides a high quality finish. I get consistent compliments on my nails and always give this salon a great recommendation.

I booked pedicures for Mother’s Day for my mom, brother and I. The environment was very welcoming. Cindy, Mark, and Sa did our pedicures and were amazing. They paid so much attention to detail and were very careful with any issues we had. I always go here and the service has always great.

I went to see Kim after seeing lots of positive reviews and she made me the nicest set nails I’ve ever had. The reference photo was from a set of press ons, and she recreated the design even better.

Kim did a solar fill for me and she did a wonderful job. So efficient, I was in and out in less than an hour. Great job and I love my nails.

I haven't had a pedicure this amazing in a very long time.Clean and Hygienic tools. The staff were amazing. The pedicure was 5 Stars, home run, melt in the chair good! The scrub massage, hot towel and hot stone massage, plus the final lotion massage, it's going to take a moment for you to want to walk again because it feels so good.I do highly recommend booking appointment. I happen to get lucky as a walk in but the place was bustling.If I'm ever back in the area, I would be booking here again.

My natural nails got ruined here! They do not take the time to carefully take off your previous set! I don't know why this place does nail removal by wrapping each finger with tin foil and a cotton ball soaked with acetone. This process just adds unnecessary time to the appointment. If your nail artists have skill, then they should be able to take off the old set with no problem! The workers barely know how to use a drill here! My poor nails got shaven down until there was hardly any nail left! As the worker was trying to file my nails, he couldn't because my nails were too flimsy to even file!! A nail should NOT move when being filed. I could not believe it. Do not go here! This shop is filled with half skilled workers who are in a hurry to finish each client! You will have 2 maybe even 3 different people working on your nails because they tag team everyone so they can finish as fast as possible.

Worst service I've ever had! I told the lady I didn't want my nails shaped and I ONLY wanted to get my cuticles taken care of and a little color! When I left I had paint under my nails and on my skin! She also shaped and filed my nails down! Under my nails are now sore, which has never happened to me ever! Super unimpressed!!! I will NEVER be back!
