This is the 5th time my parcel has arrived opened or damaged with parts missing/stolen. The delivery person has not marked the parcel as delivered" so I can't even put in a claim to get a refund from Rockauto."

Worst service ever, the staff is less educated and not familiar with their own system.

Extremely bad service on delivery 2 weeks to deliver a parcel 200 kandy had to call in 3 times so far at least the call service was polite but parcel still not arrived

Worst delivery service, employees are rude and handle your packages with no care.

Horrendously bad experience. Delivery person dropped a door tag and left despite being two steps from the front door, and they've been holding my item at the wrong location for almost a week. I've had to call customer service 5 times just to get the item moved, and they offer no information up front. The bot they have for calling is the worst, and there's very few options that actually get you to a customer service agent. They spam call me *every day* to tell me the item is at the wrong hold location, and the whole time they shove the this will be shipped back to the original location in 5 days if you don't pick it up" thing down your throat. It's just such an anxiety-inducing process.Overall

Poor service. FedEx didn't attempt any delivery and asked me to pick it up otherwise they are gonna send the shipment back to the shipper. Pathetic service offers by fedex

Had 2 separate shipments held as they tried to deliver AFTER their stated window delivery time, was left a door tag stating they would re-attempt delivery the next day, no delivery attempt made.

My shipment was late and there was no information on the site as to why other then “beyond our control”. The weather was not bad so I called and spoke with them about why. I was told the. Truck rolled over sideways and that this happens all the time. This makes me very concerned about not only the safety of the drivers if this “happens all the time” but the damage caused to what’s inside the truck. Trying to contact the centre to schedule a pick up is impossible. Wait times to get through on the phone are long and they do not give you an approximate wait time so you can decide if you will hold or not. I waited 30 minutes and still no answer. The automated voice service does not listen to what you are saying properly. When you ask to speak with a representative it just goes to a busy tone.Worst service.

Had an order to come on Thursday July 29th. It arrived so fast from the states that it was update to the 28th instead. It went to Regina right past me, like it had to drive past my residence to get to Regina. I am less then 2 hours away from Regina. I have not received any updates on my package since the 27th early in the morning, My delivery time has now come an pasted, I have no current delivery updates or estimated time for delivery. When I go to contact the customer service team for information they send me around in circles refusing to help me. Not a company I will likely ever use my self, an I will be contacting the company I bought from to inform them of your poor service an suggest changing companies. Just totally unprofessional.

I hate when packages are sent FedEx. Drivers or most them seem lazy. Can’t hit a button or doorbell to let them know they have your package. Instead they are happy to waste the fuel and just put a “attempted” to deliver sticker on the door. Customer service is a joke. Turn your head to the wall and complain you’ll get a better outcome. Or at least nothing will be lost in translation. Also why would you reattempt to deliver when you didn’t even attempt the first time. Your driver is going to drive across town and what give me another sticker. Good job fed ex. I requested I pick it up so I’m not dealing with your useless driver. But that got lost in translation I suppose. Get a direct number to contact specific facilities please instead of talking to someone that doesn’t even know where Saskatchewan is.
