Went to get my 2-month old baby's passport photo... the session went well! The owner is kind & patient. The store is small, but it's got all you need.

She is very nice and good with the customers. My wife and I went there for passport photographs and she took the perfect one. She wanted to change the language and settings in her computer from Chinese to English and I helped her to make it and she thanked me. She is very caring for the customers and I would recommend the store for passport photos. It's in the center of downtown, right beside the passport office.

Small variety store with the basics. Offers small selection of Japanese snacks. Also does passport photos in about 10 minutes. Which is convenient because Passport Office is only a few doors away. Owners are pleasant.

Quality has come down, maybe the owner has changed, they used to be really good, the people there currently do not know how to operate and take photos properly , the rules around what to wear or not and provide poor customer service. It is not the same place it used to be.1) We went there to get passports photos taken, and they had to take 3 times to make it right and still didn't work and we gave up after the 4th one and went to Shoppers. I wouldn't go there again2) Cyber Security : They keep the photos on file and do not delete. They do this without asking your permission, which is against the privacy laws. we found out by chance as we had to go again, so make sure to ask them to delete it.You have other options close by that you can go to.

Love the lady running this place! This is my go-to place for passport photos, printing, photocopies, document related stuff. Cheaper than Staples!

I happened to see people raving about this store online and happened to visit them to get my passport size photo. I used to be a former professional model and was not very happy with the initial look of this place, so I went to shoppers drugmart to get my picture clicked instead and was disappointed seeing the result. I came back again to this store and got my photo done. I must say, if I had gotten my passport photo done from any other place, it would have gone wrong. The gentle man requested me to go home and change my white shirt and to wear something since it would not be acceptable by the government. He also guided me on some other requirements about the photo while clicking it. He seems to be liked and known by almost everyone who walks into the store. Even though, it is a Japanese corner store, the quality, speed and the services that he provided me was exceptional. I also happened to tip him for the service. I will never get my photos done from anywhere else. Just fabulous!

The Asian lady who works there (or owns the store) is incredibly rude and disrespectful.There are other stores nearby that do the same things with no overcharges - AVOID THIS ONE

Victoria Photo provided me with the perfect passport photo to replace the previous one I had done elsewhere which was done incorrectly - in 2 minutes. Literally 2 minutes. Not to mention, the location is right next door to the Passport Office, and they charge 16$ for their (phenomenal) service. Thank you so much.
