I ordered some garden soil, and am very pleased with what I got. It's good quality soil, was delivered promptly, they used a small dump truck which was appropriate for tight residential neighbourhoods, and the driver couldn't have placed it more perfectly right where we wanted it!Customer service was excellent - prompt, friendly, professional. Would highly recommend.

I bought quarter stones from them yesterday (June 11, 2023). They sold me half of the quarter. My neighbour bought same stone from another supplier. He covered more than me. Scammy supplier.Edit: Mr. Tapinder I told you 30 FT x 2 FT and 3” deep. You told me quarter. My neighbour’s supplier told same. Results is not 2 FT!! As you can compare with my neighbour’s landscaping. Why you do not stand behind the word! Even you didn’t call me for fixing the problem.I am very sorry, but your business is hit and run. As a customer we can not weight the material and they know it and take the advantage.

These are the NICEST people and their customer service always exceeds my expectations! The front desk staff and management are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The yard staff are amazing - today the gentleman who loaded my blocks remembered me and specific details about my order from LAST YEAR! My husband was very impressed with the delivery service too - the driver very skillfully and conscientiously deposited a large load of rocks on our driveway, leaving plenty of room for our vehicle to pass. Their selection of products is fantastic and pricing is very competitive. We are extremely happy customers and will certainly continue to shop with them for all our futurelandscaping needs!

Would HIGHLY recommend these guys for all your landscaping materials! They are always so friendly when we walk in, provide fast and efficient service, help with any questions and have exceptional pricing! The yard crew makes sure you are in and out in no time and works along side us frequently as we often have 2 trucks to disperse material into. I can’t say enough good things about them!Their delivery turn around time is unbelievable! I called one morning to have dirt delivered, they had it dropped off within 1 hour.Top notch customer service and always willing to help!

We undertook a large backyard project (requiring 3 yards of white crystal gravel, landscaping fabric, top soil, and compost) and Whyte Ave Landscape Supplies was very efficient and convenient for us. Their products were better priced than the online delivery sites I checked out, and the way they get it into the large WALS bags is very interesting, fast, and convenient. Sehaj was very helpful and friendly. Thanks, WALS! ☺
