We had a wonderful experience with the Kids Dental Group, special thank you to Dr Carol and Chantelle! My daughter was fighting the treatment but Chantelle immediately calmed her down and explained the treatment to her, she listened to her and we were able to complete the treatment. Thank you to the team!

I recently took my child Elena to the Kids Dental Group Richmond Hill location, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. As a parent, I am always concerned about my child's comfort and well-being, and I was delighted to find that this clinic excelled in every aspect. Two dental hygienists were excellent with Elena. They were gentle and interacted well with my child to make her feel comfortable. When I felt confused and uncertain, Hygienist Sonia explained in detail the need to add two crowns to protect the teeth. Dr. Zee was professional and gentle, ensuring my child felt comfortable throughout the treatment. I definitely will recommend this clinic to all parents and kids.

Excellent experience today with my 3 year old! Our dental hygienist, Kayla, was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable and my son was completely at ease with his cleaning. Dr. Jacob did a routine check up at the end and he was also very nice and did not keep us waiting. I highly recommend Kids Dental Group in Richmond Hill.

The best kids dental we have ever been to! Dr Z is amazing! Honestly everyone we have seen there is amazing, even the receptionists… usually receptionists we deal with at any clinic aren’t so nice lol but the ones here so sweet and helpful.My daughter has been going to this clinic for a few years now and she is very comfortable.Thank you to the whole team

To put it simply, there’s a reason why this place has nearly 5 stars! Both of my children, ages four and six, attend the Richmond Hill location, and I never thought it was possible that children would actually look forward their visits to the dentist—until we came to Kids Dental! Firstly, the staff is incredible on all levels. Professional, efficient, and clean. They’ve definitely “seen it all”, yet their patience and kindness is unmatched. The quality of work is also very important to note; the attention to detail and the care they provide is like no other pediatric dentist I’ve visited. Don’t hesitate to try them out if you have little ones!

I’ve been taking my daughter to Kids Dental Group since she became 2 as their service was usually great.A couple of days ago, they cancelled my appointment that I made a year ago. They made an excuse that their staff couldn’t come to the office due to snow, which was somewhat understandable.The part that I really didn't understand is that they told me I have to wait another year to receive the make-up session. I told them that we already waited a year for this and my daughter really needed a dental checkup asap but it seemed like they didn’t really care.It is very disappointing that they showed ZERO effort to reschedule a make-up session for us. I’m pretty sure there could be alternative ways such as taking any cancellation spots etc. Yes, you may be one of the most popular kids’ dental clinics in Markham so you may not care about losing one or two customers but you should at least show your effort to resolve the problem that is caused by you instead of saying there’s nothing you can do about it and telling me to wait another year.Giving two stars bc at least the doctors and their service were great. I really wish their customer care/service was great too.

I’ve been bringing my boys here for the last 7yrs. From reception to hygienists to the dentists, they have all been so welcoming, professional and work so well with my kids from a young age. Getting to watch a cartoon and getting a toy at the end of the session doesn’t hurt either.

Kayla the dental hygienist was excellent with Joshua! This is the first time Joshua didn’t cry at the dentist’s office. He actually enjoyed his visit which is huge considering usually it takes me and 2 dental hygienists just to hold him down and clean and brush his teeth. Thank you!
