Good afternoon all, don't use this company for any type of Towing. If any type of damage occurs to your vehicle they will not cover it. Reputable company I don't think so. Be very careful take pictures and even then they'll still deny it.

Excellent response time, quoted me 10 minutes arrived in 10 minutes, driver was professional and courteous. This company will definitely be my first call for towing in the Cowichan Valley.

Driver we had today was amazing and so helpful. Expecting to wait about an hour but he came right away. Totally recommend!

Got a flat around 7:30PM on a rainy day, called BCAA at 7:45, and I was back on the road less than 40 minutes later, all thanks to a very fast response time from this tow company!

My partner hit a deer on Hwy 18 at about 7pm yesterday. Called and they said they would pick it up but it would be 4 hours. Okay fine.Then we get a call from sister this morning saying it’s still sitting on the side of the hwy.(Meanwhile the police officer my partner talked to last night said you better get it picked up right away or it will be impounded)Call them to ask why it wasn’t picked up yet? Said they couldn’t get ahold of the driver and would call back.Get a call from the icbc appraiser in the meantime saying he went to see the car at the towing yard and it wasn’t there!3 hours go by, no call back. Call them again and they said oh, yeah it just got picked up about half hour ago. No apology, just oh we were busy yep it happens.Horrible customer service, and now we are waiting ANOTHER DAY for the appraiser to return while having no vehicle and no answer on our car. Thanks Cowichan Towing! We will be sure not to use your services in the future!

On first call I was told 30 minutes. At 45 I called to see how much longer and was told another 30 minutes. He was very apologetic when he arrived. Kind of snarky when I mentioned I had a bcaa but I couldn't get through so I'd need a receipt. Maybe keep a Snickers in your glovebox so you dont snark at customers. I know everyone has bad days so I hope tomorrow is better.
