Tammy is great, people are nice and always happy with the manis and pedis! The only reason I give it 4 stars and not 5, is parking can be challenging. Opt to swing by via metro, or look for parking a couple of blocks away- to avoid frustration.

A good place to get your nails done, and they do a pretty good job. The staff is very skilled! I have a couple acrylic nails and the rest are natural and sometimes I get charged more depending on who is doing the invoice, which can be a little annoying. Bring cash because the prices unfortunately went up a little recently, even more so if you pay with card.

Acrylics from Thi after THREE WEEKS in the jungle in Mexico - hiking, beach, everything. They lasted so long. Also Hannah gave me a pedicure and was so sweet. Love ❤️

I'm currently visiting MTL and needed my nails filled. I read the reviews and THOUGHT this place was perfect. Worst mistake and fill of my nail journey. This salon didn't even gave me the decency of letting one technician finish my nails. I'm actually disgusted. Never go here! The worst EVER. I'd rather fly to Toronto to get my nails done properly. I literally feel like that psychic lady from long Island medium. Gross.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!Stay away at ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!My niece went to have her nails done as a gift for her birthday. It was her very first time ever having her nails done. She simply asked for a manicure with a French manicure nail polish. She was there over an hour, they cut her cuticle and was bleeding and they did not acknowledge, apologize or stop to clean the wound. Instead they kept filing over the cut causing it to bleed more. They proceeded to paint nail polish over the cut cuticle that was still bleeding. She did NOT get her French manicure but a nail polish job that my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter could have done better!!!!Very very unprofessional.Absolutely horrible and unacceptable!!!!Stay away!!!!!

This salon has been my go-to for a few years now and I’m always happy with my nails. Everyone is nice and polite and the prices are very decent!

I've been twice so far for acrylic refill + gel manicure. Both times, the service was absolutely great, the prices are very affordable and their colour selection is endless. The staff is very professional and welcoming, and the quality of work is great. Needless to say, I've found my new nail place. They do tend to get very busy, so I recommend making an appointment in advance. Highly recommend!

I used to go there regularly, but recently I am not happy with their service.I guess the top coat that they are using it is not good, so after 2,3 days you will have dark stains on your shellac.

so, they cut my cuticle and made me bleed and didn’t acknowledge it, they just kept going over my cut with acetone, making it bleed more, and painted over the blood with nail polish leaving my finger swollen and burning, and after an 1h 40 minutes and not getting what i wanted (asked for french manicure and came out with the same colour i had on coming in, and with a bunch of dents and smudges), they told me that since my appointment was taking too long and since they already painted my nails, they couldn’t do the french tip. made me dry my nails for thirty minutes, and i left with super dry hands full of acetone and nails that still smudged for 2 days afterwards. so i spent money on a nail job i could’ve done on my own, nails i did not ask for, and a swollen finger. not a great experience to say the least…

They were nice even tho communicating was lil hard to themIn general they did a clean job but it wasnt exactly what i wanted and i didn’t like the shape i showed them a pic and its really different to what i wanted the white french is so thick
