They replaced my windshield for my Fiat 500 and gave me a good, out of pocket, price. Turned around in good timing and even got a courtesy car.My only complaint is they they cracked the plastic where the pillar is on the passenger side which is what kept this from getting a 5-Star.Overall a satisfactory experience.

Talk to Steve. I had a car that needed some body work to make it cosmetically acceptable. Unlike all the others who did not understand that the customer should be able to select the standard based on real world needs, he understood that I just wanted it to look presentable and so quoted me a price at least 300% cheaper than everyone else. It's been 2 years and I am happy, the car looks great!

This place is THE WORST! They had my truck for over a month for an ICBC claim. They didn't bother to communicate that there was a hold up with the adjuster that needed my attention. Instead they just left it. The whole time I was under the impression that work had started and parts had been ordered. Then when I finally was able to reach them as they literally never answer the phone, they told me nothing had begun. Then when I expressed my frustration, they sent my truck back to me without communicating that either. These guys have ZERO communication skills and shocking business ethics. DO NOT GO HERE!

These guys rock! They helped me out when no other shops would help. Best service ever when my SUV was vandalized 3 days before I was scheduled to leave town. They made it all seem easy and the work was top notch. Never second guess using the small local guys.So worth it!

I no nothing about cars. I had to fix a vehicle that I got stuck with in a seperation in order to sell it. Jason at commit autobody was wonderful. My quote was 2k less than everywhere else I went to. He honoured the quote and cleaned my vehicle. This business is genuine and honest. They went above and beyond all of my expectations!Thank you again Jason!

I originally came to Jason and Steve at Commit for a broken window after a break in, simply because they're a couple blocks from my house. Now after a second window and a fender bender I can say without question that these are great guys to take your car to. They're honest, put detailed work in your car and give you a fair price. Highly highly recommend them whether you are going through ICBC or paying for it yourself.

Very pleasant and helpful and professional. Steve made sure to communicate things properly, was honest about how long he anticipated the job to take, answered my many questions patiently and with a smile.My courtesy car got a flat and it was fixed so quickly and without question.So happy to have found a neighborhood garage I can trust.
