Honestly no one really ever wants to do taxes however it's a thing in life that's got to be done! I had the best experience here!Melissa was filing my taxes and she definitely went above and beyond! She was so friendly and helpful and made sure I left with filing my taxes as there were technical difficulties with the internet. She wasn't just filing my taxes. She was interested in making a connection with me and made me feel at ease since I was so scared to file my taxes knowing I may owe alot because of Cerb.I highly recommend you filing here because not only was she super sweet, she made me feel at ease! Definitely would give her 10 stars if I could! Thanks again for everything and making me not cry for once seeing my taxes! LolMary

Worst experience ever. They were so unorganized they couldn't even find the file while I was there. Just complained that underlings were not filing properly. Then after not having the files done on the day they stated they would be finished, they were to call and let me know when I could come in the following day. No phone call. Went in and was told that the taxes couldn't be filed without some documents. Never once called before hand to ask for these documents. Couldn't even tell me a price until they were done. And this is the SUPERVISOR!!! The gross incompetence was beyond disgusting. I will NEVER go there again and I will make sure my family and every person I know is forewarned about this establishment and their substandard practices .

Saw a sign that led me here, and was just checking in to see if they can help reduce my taxes. Little did I know that I was about to get facetime with one of the top tax consultants in KW, Melissa. Melissa helped me save thousands in taxes, not to mention the extra effort she put in working late hours to accommodate my schedule. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to save every single penny that was legally permitted. She’s been doing this for over a decade and knows the ins and out of tax filing, especially self employment returns. Shout out to her manager Prabha as well for helping ease the filing and for also sticking around for the entire duration. If you’re looking for help with filing tax returns for personal or self-employed, this is the place to go. Also, felt good supporting a local KW women-owned business. I’ll certainly return next year. I’m not happy doing my taxes with them this year they charged me way extra money then last year…

Where do I start. Dragica (owner) was absolutely wonderful. I had a reassessment that was very troubling beyond belief. She attacked this and we obtained the additional information that CRA was requesting. Outstanding result. They came back with a new assessment of only 2% of what they were demanding. Thank you so much

Yeah this place got me thousands and thousands and thousands in 2019 . then every year I go there I get money and they give me a good deal $69. Every year they find money for me. Can't complain about this place. H&r Block wanted $190 I passed on them I'd rather pay 69 dollars. I argued with h&r Block for 20 minutes I'm telling them my return doesn't cost that much and they said yes it does so I went to Liberty. End of story I'll see you next year Liberty.

Dealt with Melissa who is the manger and spoke to Pabla who is the owner. Very disappointed in this company. They lack integrity and accuracy in the handling of information.When dealing with this company you have to be crystal clear with the service your looking for otherwise you may miss vital information you need to get all the tax preparation done in time.Greed doesn't pay in the end. Will not be going back to this company.
