Long story short. Eastlink disconnected me because of lack of payments on time. Only cuz I have a hard time being organized. But after speaking with them and having the conversation not end well. The superior I spoke with gave me a credit and then reactivated my phone. Feeling blessed that I didn't change carriers

I am an eastlink customer and I had the following adventure in the Bridgewater store. On monday I contacted sales online, I needed an additional eero device with an ethernet connection for a non wireless device. I was assured online that there was no problem and I could pick it up at the Bridgewater store. On arriving they tried to give me one without an ethernet connector and I explained that that was not what i needed. I then had the displeasure of dealing a young man named kyle who proceeded to tell me that no such thing existed. When I tried to explain why i needed the device he told that I need another modem and a technician to wire a new jack. I explained that tech support did not agree, and he proceed to tell me that i just dont understand how the system works. (BTW i have a Msc in computer science) I was was not amused and then woman who works there proceeded to back him up and said she contacted a manager to verify what they said. When I told that I already had two such devices and restated that tech support confirmed what i needed. THey then changd their story to that they had none and were not allowed to provide them to customers, they then told me that If I didn't believe them I could leave the store. My final remarkes were that they needed some training in the products they sell and how to help customers.I then went home, got online and they ordered one right up and are sending a tech to install. I think the manager of this outlet needs to look at the level of competance and customer service in their store.The is the second time that store personal did not have a clue after I confirmd with sales and tech support. I will not be going back.

Terrible place. Staff isn't greatest and look down on you with disabilities....one star is way to much. Needs to be do closed down.

Waited all afternoon and evening for an installation...checked on line, rescheduled to July 10...unacceptable

They are only good at sugarcoating the statements , don’t care at all about services.Some of them don’t even know how to process the refund .Don’t make it complicated guys for yourself and for the customer .I entered the room with smile and left with disappointment.

Eastlink won't give a schedule time to clients. The only window of time they have is an all-day appointment and they'll show up whenever the hell they feel like it.When you call to inquire or you use their chat feature if they don't like what you're saying they'll hang up or disconnect with you.EastLink customer service is horrendous. They don't care about their clients. They certainly don't care about their customers time.I will be looking for alternatives for sure.
