The staff at Speedy were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They were able to accommodate my urgent service request (broken window) very quickly. The service was efficient and expertly performed. They also suggested a helpful and efficient plan for next steps and maintenance.

My rear view mirror had fallen off and I contacted Speedy Glass Gladstone to get it glued back on the windshield. From the initial phone call, to the accueuil on site, to the repairing and beyond, I was met with the most human, gentle, respectful and professional approach from Ben. The repair was done quickly with no hustle. Then the car was prepared for me WITH the consideration that I had a baby with me and needed a safe place to unload and pack the stroller. BUT, imagine my surprise when he announced that this service was all FREE!!! I mean....what is free these days?!.... seriously, the best service I've gotten since forever.... Thank you!

I called Speedy when I needed quick repair to reattach my rear view mirror to my windshield. The receptionist was friendly, personable and was able to get me in within the hour. Claude, in the shop, was able to reattach my rear view mirror and was incredibly kind and efficient. I will definitely be back to get my windshield replaced there and will recommend this location!

My car's windshield cracked. The lady at the entrance was very interested in me. Crack was made within 1 hour of leaving the car. When I came to pick up the vehicle, I encountered an excellent view. The lady contacted my insurance and handled all the transactions and was very helpful. I didn't pay any fees, it was all covered by insurance.If you have any problem with your windshield this company would be so helpful!!

Very pleased with the prompt professional and hassle-free service! I went there for a stone chip repair on the windshield. Claude brought the car inside the garage right away, took my insurance papers and said it will be ready in 30 minutes. I came after 30 minutes - the car was ready and the payment was made by the insurance - all done by one person. Good job, Claude!

Had service today to repair a chip in my windshield. Staff was friendly, courteous, and seemed to really car that I understood what and why they were doing what they did. Overall quick and painless.

I went for something that should have been a very simple, easy service. I had a crack not even the size of a dime on the right side of my windshield and I wanted to get it repaired to avoid it spreading and having to pay to completely replace my windshield.. I was being pre-emptive. Well so I thought, they called me to let me know that when they were fixing it they somehow made the crack spread and so I was going to have to get it completely replaced. I did not have 500$ to spend on something that was not my fault and should not have happened in the first place. It was very careless. The guy at the front desk felt bad and was overly nice but I am very unimpressed and going elsewhere.
