I adore the younger man that works here, the sweetest and most helpful person ever :) so easy to talk to and makes you feel super comfortableJust wanted to edit this to say that their name is Tobias :) so if you get them when you come here, you're in great hands!!

We dropped in on a lark as we passed by yesterday evening. Bryan was very helpful, has a great sense of humor and makes you feel very relaxed when in the store. Did not realize it was the same store that used to be located just up the street. I will definitely return to your new location

My girlfriend and I had an great experience at this particular love shop. Bryan was very helpful and made us feel really comfortable. After talking with him about a few toys he sold us in two . 100/10

Had a very chill experience shopping here (until the hetero mom/daughter duo came in to giggle and loudly tell everyone not there what was in the display cases - not the store's fault these types of people think stores like this are there for funsies).There is A LOT of product in this store, and you should see for yourself to understand what they carry, and the variety thereof.Staff working Sat evening couldn't have been nicer and low-pressure, and answered questions that I had.Obviously, you know what a store like this carries if you're a reasonably intelligent adult, and so you should find those items you need for consensual adult fun for a wide variety of genders & gender expressions.Happy I took the time to stop in.

Great shop! Bryan was very knowledgeable and friendly. He didn't pressure us at all so we could just take our time. I liked it better than The Stag Shop.

The Church Street location is really amazing. They have a great selection and their store is bright and welcoming. It’s very gender inclusive and the organization of the products is very trans friendly which I really appreciate. Toby is super helpful and fun! Would highly recommend.

Had a lovely experience at this location large and part due to the incredible customer service provided by Jules. She was friendly and warm right away, was incredibly knowledgeable about product offerings and availability within the store, answered questions with grace and patience (especially the ones I was shy to ask!) and was genuinely fun to shop with. I visited quite close to closing (sorry!) and I was still treated with full attention and was assured that I could take as much time as needed which felt SO kind. Thank you so, so much Jules & Love Shop! You’ve more than earned a new regular. :-)
