Once they install your gutters, if there’s an issue you’re kinda left on your own to solve it. We’ve been complaining about the rattling since it was installed and the only help we’ve gotten is...”you can do this yourself” clearly I can’t because over a year later still having this problem.

Alain Legault (the owner) showed up yesterday with three guys to replace and install new gutters. Our house is more complicated due to the roof line. We always had a problem with the long gutter at the back of our house because there isn't a good option for the downspouts. There was always something in the way. Three companies gave us a quote and all could only include one downspout. They said that they could not add another, at the other end of the rear of out house. We already knew that would not work as we now had one large downspout and water still flows over the gutters during heavy rain storms. Alain surprised us but finding a way to add that second downspout. Now we should not have any more problems. Excellent work. Alain's team took their time and from what I can see did a great job. I certainly would recommend them. These are pictures of our house.
