Big spacious house with reasonable rate and one of the best gym. Awesome view from the apartment. Guy who showed us the house was very nice and friendly.

A very good building to live in !Cleaning staff are here almost daily to clean lobby, elevators etc. Elevators are very fast compared to other buildings!Waseem is very friendly. Overall would definitely recommend the building

Recently stayed here. Great location, views of downtown are something to behold. Would recommend a North facing unit if possible.

Alura is a very well managed property. Since moving in I've been consistently impressed with the communication of the staff. Emails and texts keep residents informed of any issues even after hours when emergencies have occurred. Waseem, JP and others make living here a pleasure.

Clean condo with a great concierge service. Lots of amenities near by and walkable to the core, 17th ave, Chinatown, Saddledome, Stampede and everything else. Also has a ctrain stain near by.

Recently sold our place at Alura. We lived there for 5 yrs and the building is well managed. Besides a great location, Waseem, the concierge was the best part of coming home! We miss him!!!

Very nice downtown residence. Modern n newer high-rise condo with great management company and condo policies. great for professionals working in downtown core and for those enjoying vivid downtown environment.

Fantastic gym, relatively quiet, close to a shoppers, gas, sunterra, right on entering dt, walk to stampede, cozy unit for 1-2 people, outstanding views from 20th floor, 24hr security, never had an issue with elevators, underground pkg, trendy and great neighbors and neighborhood!

Waseem and JP make the Alura a great place to live. They are both very pleasant, helpful and courteous at all times. The building and garage are kept well cleaned and safe for all of us. It is a pleasure to live here.

Great place to live, close to train lines. 10 minute walk from inner downtown. 5 minutes from 17th Ave. Easy to get around, not too noisy from streets. Great during stampede
