Club Monaco

Service was pretty ok. Nothing stellar or bad. But style of clothing was not very appealing and it seems others felt that way. Ppl walked in then walked out. No one tried anything

All the time they have very unique and original clothing. Even though is pricey, it's worth it because of quality.

Lacked a bit in size options, my friend and I kept finding things we liked but not our size, good selection though

My husband and I had a wonderful shopping experience today at Club Monaco. Not only did we both leave with really high quality items, the service was EXCELLENT! Shauda-Lee was friendly and proposed lots of good options to us. Patrick would step in and out with really helpful comments and suggestions regarding sizing. I have not purchased from Club Monaco in the past but I will definitely be back!

Definitely go see the assistant manager, her name is Nadine! She is absolutely wonderful and her taste in clothing coupled with ability to work within your budget is priceless

Favourite. Store. Ever. The MOST amazing, friendly staff I have ever encountered in my life. The old manager from a couple years ago named Kevin (I think!! Hope I got it right!) was the best and I miss him so much! He would somehow remember me each time I’d shop and we would always have great conversations. He also had an amazing sense of style and passion in the industry. My friend and I have also had really great help from an employee named Nick a couple years ago! Honestly both of them have left long lasting impressions! I think Kevin moved to Toronto but he is dearly missed!As for the clothing, super classic and chic all in one. Good price point for the quality. I always anticipate the next seasonal arrival!!

Went in today with my daughter great service! came in for a price adjustment as I ordered from the online department, I love the clothes here and have been a repeat customer for years now! simply all I can do is I will continue with this. even for someone who loves online shopping, shopping in-store at Monaco is a real treat. ill definitely be returning. the service was warming and so quick. She did it so nicely and even added an additional price OFF for the inconvenience! more than the adjustment I came in for! HUGE shout out to the assistant manager (Nadene) she truly is so understanding and very beautiful. Thank you so so much!

I love Club Monaco. All clothes are sophisticated and gotgeous. The staff here were very kind and helpful to find my wedding dress and I got a perfect one!!
