I would have given the salon a 5 star if it is not for Miki, who is one of the staff working there. She is very rude and negative. Rude when talking to customers and also talks gossip about her neighbour loudly in the salon, which really ruined the experience. She also has her own idea of how she wants the nails done and when customers have concerns, she will just rudely say she knows what she is doing! A very stubborn person for doing a customer service job. I will not renew my membership because of her.

Love this color on me so much, was suggested by their manicurist Nanami!I was called in to book at very last minute today, and luckily got one spot available! Such a great service and experience. Thanks to everyone works there! Definitely will come back again soon!

I always had a really good experience with the team. They’re very professional and always respect your opinions. I had extensions + crystals on my nails this time, so it takes a little longer than usual. My technician Miyu was really patient and her techniques are quite impressive. Strongly recommend this place, worths every dollar I paid for.

The staff were so kind to my friend and I when we came in! The environment is very hygienic / sterile as well, and our nails look great. Will definitely be coming back here next time we’re in town!!

I used to love this nail salon because the nail artist that helped me before was so kind and gentle. However, my experience with Miki was bad. She was condescending, belittling and just plain rude/mean. I’m looking at other 1 star google reviews and it seems that other people also find her just as infuriating. I think that it is a shame that this nail salon loses customers because of one woman. If you hate your job, then go somewhere else and don’t project it on your clients. Everyone else is also just trying to do their best in life.

I'm always happy to go to Shi Nail Blue. Coco was super sweet and friendly, and didn't mind me reading my book. Viko made my feet look fresh as a baby's! I have carpal tunnel and the massage was really beneficial. I accidentally bumped my thumb as I was paying, and they fixed it up for me. Thank you!

This place has gone downhill. They aren’t very nice anymore in person, and aren’t nice at all either when trying to book an appointment time over email. Can’t even communicate properly in full words or sentences over email so I don’t even know what they are saying.A simple hi even, or thank you, or have a nice day, or whatever would be nice. It’s a shame because I live close by to this location but I would rather travel further to somewhere who actually cares about my business or knows simple manners.
