Canada Post

Worst service ever had of any post office. Always long lineups. When calling they put you on hold and eventually hang up. There is no direct number to their office, you need to call Shoppers and ask to speak to Canada Post. Small variety of parcel boxes. What a great way to lose business.

Highly not recommend this place ,they hire student do their work , not professional at all

1 employee to serve a line of 8-10 customers. Stood in line for 20 minutes for a simple drop off. Canada Post, please figure out how to make things more efficient, or hire more workers.

So that management knows, I went Thursday, Dec 3 around 2pm. There was one female and one male employee at the front desk. The lady was extremely rude and treated all the costumers with anger and attitude. I politely said excuse me as I wanted to ask a quick question and she ignored me. I politely said excuse me again because I thought she couldn't hear me and then she shook her head, muttered something under her breath and said ... Can you not see... Line up!" The male employee was respectful and nice though."

So Canada Post did not deliver my parcel even though someone was home ALL DAY. Instead they just left a slip telling me that I can pick up my parcel at this location after 1pm the same day - I went in at 7pm and not only did I have to wait in a 30 minute line watching the employees work at a snail's pace but I was also informed that my package was NOT available for pick up because they didn't scan it into the system yet! So I had to come in AGAIN just pick up my parcel that they were too lazy to deliver to me and too lazy to scan making me waste my time.

Walked to the counter and the Individual ignored me and walked away while having a conversation with another individual.. customer service is horrible but I shouldn’t be surprised.

I've been going to this Post Office since this location was established. I never had any bad experiences with any of the staff.I am grateful for the services they provide. At times there is only one employee doing the job of 2 or 3.... BUT They keep their cool, multitask and take control of the situation.I seen a few different situations where the customer was so demanding to the employee for a situation beyond their control. They had a pickup tag and went to the Dufferin location, but it was the wrong store... they went to this location. The customer insisted to have the package delivered there as if someone could do that. The employee calmingly kept telling the customer to call Canada Post Customer Service. Had to get someone else to explain too. The customer went storming out and the employees did nothing wrong. They apologized for the holdup, as the person caused a lineup, but NOBODY in line complained... We all knew the customer should have checked the address on the ticket!Great staff! Keep up the terrific work

Turned 3 stars into 4!Original review:This post office has some amazing employees, that deserve 5 stars. The manager, Aida, specifically is completely rude. She always interrupts me and is quick to give you sass. Absolutely unprofessional, and terrible customer service.If you can avoid dealing with Aida, please do so. She's really impolite. Everyone else is great though!!Canada Post, Please assess your managers in customer service skills. It would be greatly appreciated.

Terrible customer service at this post office. While I was explaining my reason for calling I was put on hold mid-sentence without a warning or letting me know that was about to happen. After a 10 minute wait a female voice said hello?" and when I responded "hi" she said "oh wrong line" and put me back on hold. About 17 minutes later a different person answered and asked if I am looking for a pharmacy (which I was not) and proceeded to put me on hold yet again."

The employee was really nice but made a mistake that cost me almost 40$. Always take time to understand customer’s needs before anything please
