FCL Feed Plant

Long time wholesale customer since dave and gord were around. New guy on loading a number of years ago broke bags of feed and grit tossing from dock to my truck bed. Manager at time replaced them. Same guy now works in office. When trying to order feed my calls were not returned for over a week. Asked head office if location closed and they said no. Manager advised they had new phone system and didnt know to check for messages. This year called with my business account to order and same guy says no longer sell to public and referred me to a hardware store in riverbend. Contacted head office in saskatoon about not selling to farms and they said direct account sales on my account are fine but no.public cash sales due to covid which is understandable. I asked shouldnt employees know that after me dealing there 20 years. A day later Manager emailed that direct sales are fine but not to public which most retail customers were, would I like to order and how much. No thanks ufa wanted my business and didnt do everything to drive me away. Some of the office staff are not doing their job and manager keeps making excuses for them
