I ordered mixed shrimp with chicken to go. They gave me 3 pieces of shrimp and literally a table spoon of ground chicken just because I wasn't looking. They are very dishonest. The music which sounded like rap music was also very loud. Very poor service without honesty and regard for customers

Fine, friendly service like always. The girl who was providing the toppings was very good. I told her I didn't want corn and she let me know there was also corn in the rice which no one had ever done before. The burrito is always a great value for the size they give. Definitely recommend this place.

The man on the phone was very angry when I placed my order. He kept asking if I wanted the same thing I ordered last time and I kept saying I want a large not a small and he was dismissive. I go to the store and they had entered a small. I correct it and get charged for a large. I get the burrito and it’s light. I ask him if it’s a small that’s fine just give me the money back from being charged a large. He insisted it’s a large even though the label said small. I’ve had burritos from here before and usually get large to share. This one was definitely a small. Idk if there’s been a change in management or ownership but the customer service here has steadily gone down and it’s really disappointing to see.

Deleted my original 5 star review.Horrible service, the attitude while making yout food like they are doing u a favour.The beans are watered down, the rice is reheated. Just overall downhill, idk the reason but they need to get their act together.More so, burrito boyz needs to have quality checks.

We've come to this location three times now. Every single time we've been disappointed by the service. The food is whatever, I mean, it's a chain for a fast food burrito, hard to screw it up. The service however, is the main reason I will not be returning. I paid extra for guac on both of my burritos and then also mentioned at the register that instead of salsa for the chips, I wanted guacamole, and was happy to also pay extra for that. I thought the person at the register charged me for this as I had specifically asked for it. Apparently they did not, and when we received our order (dine-in), the acting manager told me I didn't pay for it and that I had to go back to the register to pay the extra $1 for it. This was the teller's mistake, and as a courtesy for their mistake, they should've given me the small container of guac for the chips side I ordered. Instead, the woman acting as supervisor was extremely rude about it, not helpful or understanding of their mistake at all and honestly, just lacks basic customer service skills. Every time we visit this location there is an issue from incompetent staff and we will absolutely not be returning here.

This was the most disgusting and disappointing taco I have ever had in my life. We usually get the burrito here and we're pretty happy but I thought we would try their taco. Luckily I purchased only one. The tortilla tasted and felt raw and rubbery. It would not hold the filling so I thought I'd just try eating it with the broken tortilla, but it would not even hold without it breaking into pieces. The stuffing is all cold. The taco itself did not taste fresh and disgustingly cold. Very very disappointed. Just from this experience, I don't think I'd want to go back. Taco is definitely not recommended.

The Winston Churchill location/franchise is terrible!! I have never waited 45 minutes for my food. Selection of toppings at this location is minimal. Entire staff was so slow, no one would make eye contact with any of the 20 of us in the restaurant. No communication of why we were all standing around from not one of the employees. They were more interested in servicing the Uber drivers coming in. Sadly I did see a Burrito Bowl get handed to one of drivers completely sideways in the bag ... I'm sure whoever ordered that will get a mess of a meal by the time it gets there. Thankfully I usually go to the Port Credit location because if this was the first time I tried BB, I would not will I EVER GO BACK!

I was working late last night, and l was craving a Burrito. Thank goodness that there was a location near me open late. When l walked in, l was greeted and served immediately. The staff was very professional and polite, made me feel like l was a regular. This location will be my go to, when in the area. There's lots of fast food around, but Burrito Boyz is Amazing!

Wow! Can I just say how pleasant the staff here is at Burrito Boyz?! Rabia was so helpful in my biggest order yet. I was having issues communicating what order I wanted to place and she was so patient and helpful with figuring it out. I will definitely be coming back and telling all my friends this is the SPOT to go to. Thanks guys!

This use to be a great location but now it’s one of the worst.The staff clearly doesn’t want to be there and it shows with the service and food presentation.My order is never correct, they always add something I never requested. That’s also because they aren’t actually listening when they take the order.The meat portion is minimal, and the burrito is always cold. The beans are always old it’s like they’re against using the fresh batch.I won’t be coming to this location again.
