Terrible customer service. I bought a package of fresh egg noodles 2 days ago, and today I want to make dinner and saw the noodles were all moldy disgusting the whole package, the expiry date is in 1 week still. I already threw out my receipt so I went back and asked to exchange one. They told me I have to have a receipt. The difference between a good customer service and a bad one is, all the major western grocery store or Chinese grocery store chain had let me exchange without a receipt, but here they said I would buy elsewhere and come here to exchange. First they don't pay for the noodles, the factory will take it back, second, it's only $1.99, they sound like I'm trying to scam them $2000. So I had to go home fish out my receipt in the garbage bin and went back to exchange, now it's become a problem of principles. So warning for everyone shopping there, don't expect they care about your purchase once you pay, and keep your receipt until you eat everything. Also they have cans and jars that are often expired on the shelf so make sure you check everything before consumption. Best is just to avoid this store

Flyers price are inconsistent with instore price. Employee staff are rude and does not honour price correction.

Good selection of fruits, vegetables, meats and spices, but is not always fresh nor does it taste good. Nice that they still don't charge for bags and open almost everyday, including holidays.

Typical Chinese Supermarket but most of the Asian goods are available. Fresh vegetables and fruits are available economically. If you are looking for different types of Fish, this is the place to go. Downside is you won't be able to get any help since nobody speaks English, you are on your own.

Decent prices, horrible conditions inside. So many insects and bugs flying around. Some of their fresh produce is riddled with diseases and fungus, decaying away, not to mention the bugs.Inside smells horrendous. The only reason I would go back is because of their prices. Otherwise I would never step foot back inside.I would recommend Foody World at Kennedy Commons if you’re looking for better conditions and food in general.

Fairly good supermarket but not well organized. Very confusing cashier lineups. Not enough cashiers to manage long lineups of customers on a weekend.Has a great variety of reasonably priced plants and flowers.

Once I bought a jug of milk it was expired before the expiration date. Staff are rude and they don’t care. The refrigerators has whit spots and never been cleaned. Highly don’t recommend this place.

This supermarket has all the things you want if you're a non vegetarian. From fresh supplies to the frozen ones, you just name it. Good variety of fruits and vegetables are there as well. It is a big place and never too crowdy. It also has other grocery items like housewares and kitchenware. Chinese and Japanese cuisine items are also here. Prices are good as compared to other stores.
