Have 3 pairs of shoes (Pikolinas, Bogs, Birkenstock) from there, the owner (I believe) was always so helpful! Stylish and comfortable, quite a few quality European brands

It's nice to have a shoe store that carries nothing but quality shoes. Sadly, it seems to be a rare thing these days. Not only is the quality great, with lots of reliable name brands, but they almost perpetually have great deals. I buy from them almost exclusively. Always great service, as well. Keep up the good work, guys!

I love supporting local however, when I arrived, two clerks were busy in the back chatting while the third did her best to keep up without help. She was finally able to step away for a moment to draw attention from the chatty ones and have one come out to serve me. The customer service representative that came out to serve me did not communicate as well as she could have. I told her I wanted the same shoes as what I was wearing and she came out with two different pair. The first wouldn't fit no matter what and were in no way the same shoe. The second pair were the correct size and she told me they were equal to what I was wearing. I took that to mean they were the same shoe. I tried them on and bought them and after 2 days of wearing, now have blisters. They are not the same shoe. Similar but not the same. Today I went elsewhere and actually bought the shoes I want. A shame that I wasted 100 dollars on a pair of shoes I can not wear and I'm really not impressed with the service.UPDATE: I need to update my review. John from Payton and Buckle contacted me and made things right" in a way that has left me very happy. Details are not necessary but I want to acknowledge John and say a public thank you. I am beyond impressed. You are a man of great integrity Thank you"

I have bought my shoes for years at this store and always appreciated the service and the quality of the product. The last pair of shoes I bought, however, quickly wore out and started falling apart. When I returned and explained what happened I was given a full refund, which was far beyond my expectations. I was super impressed by this.

Great customer service. I purchased a pair of blundstones from another store with zero customer service.... ended up I bought a pair that was a struggle to even get into. Back they went and the same day (by referral from a co worker) walking into the your store very happy with a pair that I could just slip into. I now have happy feet. Thank you so much!!!

I was looking forward to shopping at this store, I went in today and was so disappointed. Nobody greeted me when I arrived, I looked around the store, found a few things I was interested in. Waited patiently for help, went and sat down with a shoe in my hand still no acknowledgment. Other customers were greeted and we’re getting assistance and still nothing. I was in the store for 25 minutes. Big thumbs down from me.
