I am an aesthetician who has been shopping at stores like Windsor Beauty for years. Yesterday I visited this location in search of some new summery gel polishes, and almost immediately after walking in I was greeted by a friendly employee named Kat/Cat (? not sure of the spelling!).Before she talked about anything product related, she asked me how my day was going and actually seemed interested in my response. Then, she proceeded to show me the flyer of all the products on sale, and took her time pointing out which ones were actually a great deal and which ones weren’t as much. We got on the topic of this new hair product named “Bosley” and she could sense my genuine interest so she began telling me all about it and all of the science behind the product.Kat was one of the most knowledgeable reps I’ve ever spoke to at a beauty supply store! She very unbiasedly explained the products to me, and at no point did she come across as sales-y or pushy... she was just an honest believer in the product and wanted to share her passion with others.Because of Kat and her amazing customer service, I ended up walking out with over $60 of extra merchandise that I totally was not expecting to buy. And on top of that, I couldn’t wait to get home and try it out!Thank you, Windsor Beauty North for having such high standards in who you choose to represent you... and thank you, Kat, for providing such great connection and for being so passionate about what you do!I will be making the trip across the city to visit this location more often!

Excellent customer service! During this pandemic I really needed to top up my supplies before working again. I called a store in London, Ontario and an employee answered the phone from the warehouse in Windsor. It was so nice to be able to talk to someone! Silvia helped me with everything! She helped me pick out new capes over the phone. And they had everything I needed in stock. I received my order 3 days later and I love the capes and everything I bought. I also had samples in my box too which was a nice surprise. Thanks Silvia and Windsor Beauty!

I have very bad experience I bought wax beats it is no good products expiated I called they I don’t give my money back or a chance in mot go anymore Windsor beauty this is my second time so worst

I don't understand why your staff are not wearing masks. I won't support a business who dont follow Covid procedures to ensure the well- being of their customers and staff. Staff that rang me out was also on her phone. You should pay more attention to your customers BC you lost this one.

This store has great inventory and Kat(not sure if I am spelling her name correctly) is very knowledgeable about the merchandise available. She provided me a fantastic customer service and I hope the store manager will be smart enough to keep her in the staff. I love to shop there and I would love to have an account in it. I have been a beauty industry professional for 25 years. I WILL NEVER a shop at Windsor Beauty Supply again after the way the owner of this company has treated me. Wishy washy policies that look really good on paper to price match but a little greedy and refused when it came down to doing it. Well you could have done the right thing and changed your policy after honouring your word. But you chose not to. So....I will shop elsewhere!

This business is very respectful of my medical exemption. Thank you for being so kind to me. It is rare these trying days to find businesses who respect their customers exemptions. They are very helpful in helping you find a product that is right for your situation. Always friendly & with a smile. This is why I shop at this business.

They happen to have a big varietyFair prices

Was given the wrong price for an item , tried to return the item. I was told that it had been used when in fact the box had not even been opened. Due to covid I was stuck with this product,even an exchange was not possible.Worst customer service ever!

I shopped in your store for the first time approximately nine months ago and was assisted by Emily Ward. I could not have been more impressed with the service that she provided. Excellent knowledge, very friendly and a wonderful asset to your business.
