Went an got my stomach pierced staff was friendly but guy that pieced did not do a good job had to take out in two days was crooked not pierced right

Went here for a piercing. I believe it was the owner who I got and he was friendly and professional. Gave me lots of advice on how to care for my new piercing and told me to come back if I had any concerns. Very welcoming experience, highly recommend!

Brought my 9 year old to get her ears pierced and had a great experience. I can’t remember the name of the piercer but he made her feel very comfortable every step of the way.

I was in thunder bay visiting family and wanted to stop in to see if they had any available time. They were all booked up but Matt went above and beyond and came in earlier the next day to make time for my piercing. Beyond professional, kind, and clean. Took lots of time to ensure the piercings were even and looked good to us both. Process was quick and painless. What a lovely experience and would recommend them to anybody!

Bought three pieces of jewelry from the “regular” priced area. The instal/piercer was amazing! But the price was ludicrous just over $200 for the three items and instal I couldn’t drop my jaw anymore when they told me the price WOW!
