Amazing company, we had just moved in to our new home , we knew there were a few problems but we didn’t know that things weren’t up to code ( including an old hot tub ,inspection missed a few things due to winter weather ) Force came out 30 mins after we called , they fixed the one problem right away and came back a week or so later and upgraded the house properly. We want to thank everyone for making a stressful time so easy for us .Fantastic Job and fast.

Wanted to upgrade our 100 AMP to 200 AMP. For what it's worth, I guess the upgrade happened. Unfortunately, not at all as discussed, Behn came by and told me how it would get done and based the quote of that - alright, great. But when his crew showed up they said something completely different and changed the entire plan. At one point there was 5-6 people at my house, 3 of them just standing around - I assume I got charged for all their hours anyway.By the time we finally were able to finish up the communication was lacklustre at best and even though I was told no one had to be there for finishing work, they called frantically while I was at work that no one was home to let them into the house (the panel was in the garage, mind you, which they were given access to by our tenant). This was not communicated at all! Then they wanted to have full access to the house another day, 5 people just walking around my house unsupervised in the middle of a pandemic? No thanks. I was not impressed at all, not to mention that the final bill was a complete surprise to me as... the whole quoted plan fell apart on day 1. Zero updates on that from them and not a detailed bill was given (so I can only assume how many hours they charged me for their people to just stand around at my house doing absolutely nothing).Honestly I was so disappointed, as I had heard good things, but would never hire them again and would not recommend.

Behn(Force Electric) was excellent to deal with, went out of his way to get the job done quickly. Work was completed quickly and was neat and tidy. Waiting till spring to get ALOT more work done by him.

I’ve had an absolute pleasure dealing with Behn over the last couple years, we first got him to do a big project for our Strata upgrading all the street lights to LEDs, he was a quarter of the price from other quotes we got, and we are still very impressed with the lights! He’s also recently done some projects at my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the service and the price. Force Electric did a superb job running cable for my hot tub. The trades men took extra care fishing the cable behind the gyproc . There was no damage to the gyproc. Besides hooking the hot tub to power a floor heating problem was diagnosed and repaired. I was very satisfied with their effort

I could not have been more impressed. Behn came out on a long-weekend Monday to take a look at our issue, and sent two electricians with the required tooling the following week to perform the remaining troubleshooting and repair. I am impressed with their level of customer service, and the invoice was significantly less than expected, too. I would recommend Force Electric to anyone.
