Bain Appliance Sales

This location was suggested to me by a couple friends, and I'm glad I took their advice. The sales staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the owner James was available to answer questions or concerns I had. Dedicated parking for customers as well. They even loaded my trailer for me and ensured I was good to go! Great experience, would purchase appliances again (but hopefully not too soon!)

Chris was great. Approached us right away and was very welcoming. Showed us a few options that fit our specifications for a fridge. Gave us a discount on an already discounted price. Was very accommodating for our urgent need for a new fridge. Definitely coming back for our future appliances.

We have purchased 3 appliances from Bain. We appreciate that they are local and family run. Their prices are fair, even lower than I had thought they would be. The buying experience was good, with educated and friendly sales staff. Rob was informative and helped us chose our latest purchase, a Samsung range.

We recently bought a Speed Queen washer here after our old Maytag broke down. We have a newborn and were doing a lot of laundry at the time. A friend recommended buying this specific washer here after a positive experience. We purchased on a Friday and they had it delivered by Monday. Such great customer service and turn around time. Highly recommend!

Absolute life savers! We recently built a new home and despite ordering and paying for our appliances 8 month in advance when it came time to move the brick didn’t have our appliances and wouldn’t have them for another two months!! We called Chris at bains and within twenty minutes he had an appliance set that we loved at a comparable price that he had delivered the very next day. We noticed a dent in the fridge, sent a picture to Chris and within the hour he had submitted a claim to the manufacturer and scheduled us for replacement parts. I couldn’t be happier with the products and The service we received. They’ve been doing this for a long time and it shows in their knowledge and customer service. I Cant recommend the highly enough!!!

Excellent experience here. As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by one of the owners. Chris was super friendly and happy to help me find the perfect washer and dryer. This guy knows his stuff and you can tell he enjoys his job, which is refreshing. I did some research before coming here so I knew I was getting a great deal on the appliances and extended warranty. They were even able to deliver my appliances the very next day. The delivery men were very polite and were careful not to damage anything. This is a great family business. I will go here again for any future appliances and will be recommending them.

This review is long over due, I have been buying my appliances with them since 2015. The Bain Brothers along with Tony know their products, they are the best at what they do. Customer service is fantastic. Easy, real and direct to the point, no BS like other big box appliance stores.If you are a home owner, renovator or a builder, you should consider these guys. They'll take care of you, they really do. Thanks James for that last purchase.
