Evergreen Village

I'm 67 and own a Condo in the Guildford area and have a buyer but they are waiting for financing. In the meantime, I had been thinking about going back to Montreal because I know I can get something for a lot less than here but moving all that way is a major headache. So, it would be nice if the place I saw listed today is still a go and my offer was accepted. Good NEWS, it was and for less than the listed price. Places listed for 55 plus tend to stay on the market for a longer time than most and you can't get a mortgage for an age restricted place, you need cash and that kind of cash, a lot of older people may not have, unless you have property yourself like I did in Guildford. Sold a smaller place for a bigger. I did all the upgrades, so the next thing is hope to find a nice GF in the building. I like the girl who lives above me but I'm a bit shy to say anything. Maybe she sees this?

Great place

I've SOLD many units in this well run buildings. The pool and amenities are ✔✔✔✔✔

We've lived there for 4.5 years. It's a wonderful 55+ strata community. Not the fanciest but what it lacks in looks the people more than compensate for. Even if you gave me money for a new place, we still wouldn't move.
