We had AM Roofing install new eavestroughs and downspouts on our century home in downtown Guelph. The sales associate, Chris, was very efficient and thorough about assessing our house's unique needs and then patiently explained all the options for installing eavestroughs with a selection of prices and qualities, and using samples and pictures. Chris also identified some water problems that previous owners had introduced by cutting corners and offered solutions for overcoming the problems. Side note: It wasn't part of our initial consultation, but Chris himself repaired a leak in the roof that was also caused by corner-cutting from a previous installation by another company.We chose to install the highest priced troughs with gutter guards because we believe that the best quality product will protect our home effectively and for many years. Also I don't want to have to clean the gutters twice a year or have ice and water buildup that forces water to leak and flow over the troughs. The long-term warranty was also attractive.We had to wait a few weeks for installation because of material delays (thanks, COVID), but Wes and George did a fantastic job of installing the facia, troughs, and downspouts. They were very friendly and efficient, and Wes spent time explaining the work before they installed, asked a few questions during the job and before implementing a few details, and reviewed the work with us at the end to be sure we understood what had been completed and that we were satisfied.Chris returned for a follow-up visit so that he could verify the quality of the installation and answers any questions I had.Special thanks to their office administrator, Rose, for her friendly and consistent communication through the scheduling and invoicing process.Overall, I found AM Group (Roofing) to be very professional, thorough, and effective in providing our home with a top-quality, roof-water management solution. I'm confident that we amazing eavestroughs and downspouts and that I can call on AM Roofing anytime for questions and service.

The estimate appointment was booked quickly and we were very pleased with the thorough and informative information provided to us by Graeme Kay.The insulation appointment went very smoothly and the crew was professional, keeping us informed throughout the process. We had new siding, soffits, cladding, fascia and eavestrough installed. Wes who was in charge of the installation was a pleasure to deal with. He was communicative, respectful and quality was 1st rate. His work ethic and the rest of the crew were amazing. AM is lucky to have Wes on board.
