Sunglass Hut

I visited the store for an exchange after buying a pair in Mexico. I must have tried 20 different pairs of sunglasses and the team (Sanya, Kai-Anne and Bashar) was super helpful and nice with my gf and I. They were very patient with us and we had an overall great experience shopping there.

The service was amazing ! the employee who helped me was willing to make a last second sale even when closing the cash register which is rare these days. She was patient, polite and did not mind my indecisiveness making a decision despite the fact that her shift was almost over. She assisted me to make the right choice . I Would like to thank Kai-anna for helping me choose a lovely pair of shades. Great work !

I received amazing service from Kai-Anna. After trying on a few pairs I left yesterday unsure if I was going to purchase from Sunglass Hut, Kai-Anna was so patient and helpful that after a good nights sleep I returned and made my purchase today. The other salesperson was just as nice. Honestly I wish more people were this nice. I highly recommend.

I went to the kiosk at the Fairview mall (store #Z21), and the customer salesperson (Kai-Anna) was amazing! I had such a great experience with her and was very happy with my purchase (a pair of sunglasses for my nephew). I had initially went to Fairview 2 days earlier and dealt with Kai-Anna, but I was undecided of the sunglasses I wanted. I then went to the store in the Eaton's center (as it is closer to me), the salesperson there was horrible. She basically said she didn't have frames, I would be better going to lenscrafters, then dismissed me. When I returned to Fairview, I was so happy to see Kai-Anna again and to give my sale to her. She is an excellent rep for the company.

Excellent customer service. I needed new sunglasses after my dog chewed mine. I went to Sunglass Hut and was served by Sonja. Very patient and helpful. She didn’t have the pair I was looking for but she found them online. I ordered them Mon and received them Wed. Very satisfied.

Delightful experience! Sanja was not only very attentive, but also knowledgeable. Her recommendations helped find an amazing pair of glasses in a style that I had no idea would look nice on me. Laura was there to support with very technical details about the lenses and quality of the products. I'm very pleased.

Kai-Anna is extremely customer-centric and was super helpful with our purchase. We spent an hour trying different glasses and Kai-Anna was patient, knowledgeable and helped us take a good decision. We ended up buying 3 pairs! Highly recommend.

Excellent customs service. Sanya,Kai-Anna &Bashar were super helpful. We had some complication with our previous purchase and they happily helped us. I also noticed a tiny scratch on my sunglasses the day after and they right away ordered me a new pair as they didn’t have the same style in the kiosk.
