iLahui Northgate Mall

Everything is super cute and fairly reasonably priced. Definitely pricier than the store in China but that’s expected. I especially like their jewelry, they are made of sterling silver so it doesn’t tarnish easily.

Its really a wonderful store u can find whatever u want with a very affordable prices ... the staff was very nice and helpful ... I would come back again for sure

We visited the new iLahui store at the Edmonton Airport Outlet Mall on the weekend and initially loved the selection of items and low prices. So many cute things. One of the items we bought was a Paw Patrol themed bubble wand for our toddler however when we got home and went to open it, we realized that there was a spider in the bottom of the wand. I wasn't sure if it was a real dead spider or a toy spider (as I've seen toys with fake insects in them - though it seemed strange for a pink bubble wand) so I contacted the company to see if they all had fake insects in them and they responded taking no responsibility saying the wands did not have spiders in them and it was unlikely that one would get in. I'm thoroughly creeped out that my sealed child's toy had a dead insect in it (even if it's possible these things happen in a factory setting) so we will not be shopping there again.

This was in Kingsway not Northgate:They do have cute little items their but as I was walking around checking the store out, I started listening to the music and it had so much profanity in it (with another customer roaming and had a couple of children). I told the cashier they need to change the music and all I got was well it’s in the playlist and I can’t do nothing about it. I asked for managers number and she decided to personally call him and talk in another language with him, I got so disgusted because I wasn’t getting an answer and just left all I know I will not be returning to that store at all

All accessories we need in a unique design and low price! Whats better! The store is clean neat and elegant!

Usually don't leave reviews, but wow. I like to dress comfortable when I shop, so constantly in sweats. I own a firm, and alot of my clients are pokemon fans or investors. I had a friend tell me he saw pokemon stuff over here in this location. On my day off, I went over there to check out what they had and due to their lack of customer service, they lost out on at least a 150 item sale. When I entered, 2 people behind the counter barely noticed me walk in and just continued to speak in another language. I walked around the entire store, kept looking up to get their attention to ask if they have boxes that are sealed that I would be able to take. Just out of curiosity to see if they would even notice anything, I took an item from the front to the back and just continued to walk around to see if they would notice. Absolutely nothing. Then as another chance, I took that product from the back and put it in the original location. Still not a glance in my direction. The worst customer service I've ever received.

This is a clean bright well arranged store that features many inexpensive home items. The store is well lit and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a lot of cool funky stuff here at a very reasonable price. It’s not that busy so I wonder how long this place will be in business because you got to sell a lot stuff at these low prices to make it work. At any rate I definitely recommend this place as it is a great store with something for everyone.

Went to the northhgate location The lady who wears the hijab flasly accused my 9 year old child of ripping off price tag of stuffed animals. When my child Said she didn't kept accusing her. Until i spoke up and said no tag were ripped. Then told my child she dosen't need to know what the price is of items to leave the tags alone. I will not be back in this store again. I am not gonna buy an item unless i know what the price is of item. Very unprofessional in my eyes
