First off the staff are extremely friendly. Secondly they provided great service. I came in with one problem with my vacuum and they quickly assessed the situation, gave it a quick tune up and changed out a couple of parts and sent me on my way. The service was quick and very reasonably priced. This is my new go-to place for my vacuum.

Our central vac quit working. Took it in to get checked out. Greg called back shortly to tell me what the issue was. Got the part in and it’s up and working better than ever! Service was excellent! If all businesses or companies provided service like this, the world would be a better place!

If you have a vacuum problem this is THE place to go. My roommate told me about this place because she had her vacuum fixed twice by them, and she said it was very affordable. I came in to get mine repaired (couldn't be) and Greg Graff helped me find a replacement and did not charge me for his labour. Exceptional service, extremely kind people working there, I can't imagine anyone doing a better job than they do.

Fantastic guy,super nice and knowledgeable. Took my mother in laws dyson to him it was the battery told us cheaper to order our self and even showed us how to change the battery. Thank you. Definitely recommend

I brought my carpet cleaner in for what I thought was a new belt.I was asked if I had a few minutes. Turned out to be more than the belt as new brushes were required. In approx 20 minutes I was on my way. Strongly recommendthis business. was

What can I say? All the 5-star reviews are true. Greg is a gem. Save your time and don't go anywhere else. I have an old central-vac that quit. Now Greg's a busy guy, but on this particular day I received same-day service for a reasonable price. Mint!
