The staffs were super friendly and helpful! I bought one of their bigger bonsai trees for my family. It was well packaged in a really sturdy cardboard box with a handwritten thank you note inside. The box had a handle on it as well! I felt so safe taking the bonsai home. Highly recommend this store! (They offer delivery service too!)

I recently bought a couple of trees as gifts for my family from here! I didn't know much about bonsai's or plants in general before coming into this store, but the new owners helped enlighten me with all of their knowledge!At first I thought it was the lighting that gave the bonsai trees the vibrant green colour but it's definitely a natural glow! If you're in metrotown I highly recommend stopping by. They're located near winners! They have a great selection of various bonsai trees and succulents!

I am super excited that I decided to drop in! I was shopping for my mom who enjoys and cares so well for her plants, so I thought it was time for her to take a step up to see if she'd enjoy a bonsai. I think their greetings were warm, and I personally always love it when store associates give me some time to browse a while before they jump in there, so they did a super nice job there. I'd buy from this store again because they know what they're doing!

Completely overly overly priced. Very very small selection and the quality does not match the price at all. I was very surprised to visit the store at the shocking prices and such low inventory. Even the other plants that was not bonsai are completely overpriced and you can find much better quality plants and deals at any other plant store.

Once upon a time, I was browsing for videos online and my attention caught the story regarding the bonsai hobby. Who wouldn't want to grow and take care of cute miniature trees at home? So, my friend whom I told about it became interested as well. Although we got some pre-bonsai saplings from a garden centre, the lady cashier who works here was very welcoming and accomodating. She greeted everyone who stepped inside the store and even allowed passers-by to take pictures. We just went their to look for bonsai pots, but we were also offered with free bonsai care tips. Such a very nice service, I would recommend this place. Thank you!

Little known bonsai nursery located inside Metrotown (section where Winners and Big Orange is). I'm not really interested in their bonsai but i do like their shallow pots for my succulents and cactus. Shallow pots are hard to find sometimes, and they have the ones with drainage holes. They also have planting accessories (decorative rocks for cactus pots, pruning shears, etc) too if you're in a pinch. Great place for a crazy plant lady like me.

Bought this miniature bamboo for my dad on Father's Day. Knowing that my Dad is someone who has no experience taking care of plants I made sure to ask the staff lots of questions before purchasing. They answered them all and invited us to ask away if we have any more questions in the future. Love the way this little guy looks in our living room!

HiI was quite dissatisfied with the service I got in the shop, I read so many nice reviews beforehand but I didn’t have such a good experienceTo begin with the assortment wasn’t good enough, there were about 20 pots, and I barely managed to find what I like.The shop assistant greeted me when I walked in. But afterwards she was busy with her computer.When I came up to her and said that I would like to buy the bonsai, she took it and lead me to the check out.I said that I am going to need some instructions on how to take care of it, she didn’t comment.She checked her phone and started texting, then she asked me whether I need the tray for the pot, then she pointed where I could find a proper one.When I came back with the tray she checked her phone again and texted. When she was done she didn’t say anything.I said that I am not happy about the service that I am getting. She told that it was her manager and she sorry. I told that things usually work differently.And to top it all, I have bought the most expensive bonsai in the shop that day, but in reward I got thisNot happy about that visitThere is plenty room for improvementEdited:I am glad that the owner of the business reached me out after reading the review.
