The ambience is great. The demeanour of precision cut is great. However it’s overly priced at $40 plus tax for just a haircut.

Dino was great! He was very welcoming and explained the COVID protocols and offered some tips for my very long hair. Love my new summer cut!

I just love everybody at my favourite salon. My go-to person is Maryann, who is friendly and listens to my hair needs. Maryann knows how to deal with my thick hair. I never leave disappointed.

Marianne was a joy. Loved my cut and the friendly atmosphere. Prices were within my budget too.

I have been going there for a very long time. It is everything you would expect in a hair salon. Extremely clean, very very professional and a smart comfortable decor. The main reason that this place is a success is because it's owner Dino has been at the helm for many a year. Very talented. The best part is that his mother works there as well and she is an absolute talent in her own right. These are warm-hearted people. And I guarantee you that they would be embarrassed if they read this review. But it's true. Very highly recommended.

Booking an appointment with the old hair stylist was the biggest mistake we ever did. We booked an appointment couple of days prior. We clearly stated that we wanted to dye the hair and she asked nothing, and gave us an appointment early in the morning. As soon as we walked in, this lady started complaining about how dying the hair requires 4 hours and we should have told her. She refused to do the hair and told us we needed to rebook it some other time when she is free. She overbooked as she was running around handling three clients at the same time and blamed us for everything. She even gave an ultimatum, either pick the colors she pointed out or she won't be able to do it. We drove far to get here and had no choice but to go with the one she picked. It is your job to ask us questions, not ours to tell you everything on the phone. The guy that worked there (maybe owns the place) sounded pleasant and kind but this old stylist was acting like we were there to waste her time. Never again man.

Dino is excellent at his work as well as his customer service. Very nice person. Glad to have found a new hairdresser in the midtown area.

Medium priced. Fast, good service. Expert colourist. Mostly female, middle age clientele.
