Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Been here quite a few times hoping it would change as it's the closet to my home. Unfortunately not. EVERY SINGLE TIME and I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME there is an issue!!! Please avoid them at allll cost. After so many times I have yetto to have a flawless experience.

Great customer service this guy Anthony has such a nice attitude and friendly and fast to the Service I just had a car rental few days a go and like always great service I've been doing my rentals with this round lake enterprise location for the last 5 years at least and I always satisfied with their service .

I was able to rent a truck on a whim; I stepped into their office from being at a McMahon Autobody, also a good place. Everyone seemed very busy. The manager was on top of everything; I mostly dealt with Jose. I had my choice of rentals. I rented a nice white f150 for three days. Jose was great and accommodating; he covered every question that I had; I underestimated how much time that I had to wait, so I called to get an extension and they let me keep the truck for another day.The key is to be prepared; Have money saved; Have a real debit or credit card issued by your bank NOT TEMPORARY. Have your up to date Driver's License and insurance if you have a policy that will insure rentals. It is a great place if you are prepared.

Not enough parking, way to crowded, and I would of liked it if they got my car out of the spot and got it ready to go instead of me doing everything, and I hate! That the car did not come with floor mats, especially with the snow melting and it being so muddy and the inside being carpet! So I had to put my own towels down because I'm not getting stuck with a surprise charge of a car cleaning.

The guy at the front desk was very polite and was able to help out with my requests! Also very quick, as it was just about closing time when I dropped off the car.

I reserved a vehicle. They didn’t have the requested class so he tried to get me into a truck. Interestingly, he tried to charge me 40% more per day. He wouldn’t bring the price down. Told me it was impossible. I decided to leave and All of a sudden he had a vehicle in my originally requested class just sitting in the back lot. Don’t trust this branch. Absolutely horrendous customer service.

Everything went excellent, they matched the same car I had prior to my accident and at the end I got complimented on how I cleaned the rental. I’ll definitely be coming back here if I ever need their service again!

The little experience I’ve had with this enterprise has been amazing. Shawn is definitely good at what he does! made it a bit cheaper for me & made it a speedy transition even gave me a call concerning about my modifications on my reservation beforehand. & It’s pretty decent pricing. extra 300 down which is reasonable. (Same review shared on Yelp)

First time renting a car and the branch rental manager Anthony was awesome at explaining everything. Will definitely go back to find him if I ever need to rent a car again.
