Although we'd picked up our rental car at Nanaimo Airport, we suffered a blow out and badly damaged wheel on the Holberg Road. With the space-saver wheel, we drove to the Budget office at Fort Rupert, where Rob could not have been more understanding and helpful. When it became clear that the problem could not be resolved quickly, he replaced our car immediately, despite the huge shortage of rental cars on the island. He literally saved our vacation - thank you!
