The selection at this store is great, I can usually find what I am looking for and there is options - especially if I am looking for things like blunnies and birks.That said, I have gotten zero service each time I have been in. Most recently my daughter and I went in for winter boots. She wears adult sizes. There were two staff on and neither of them offered any assistance. My daughter knew what she wanted, but I was wanting help with choosing the ideal boots for my situation. When I say they didn't offer assistance - it wasn't just that they ignored us but they actively avoided eye contact and it was obvious I needed advice.When I needed an add on to the product I selected I asked if they had any in stock. She pointed to where I had been looking and said they are over there" and I said "I just looked there

It's great that they have a wide variety, which I'm sure appeals to a lot of people in town. Unfortunately, a lot of the more popular or newer launches from particular brands can't be found here. More often than not I have to shop online or go to London to get what I'm looking for.

Wide selection of footwear for everyone (women, men and kids) at reasonable prices. Lots of Staff to offer help which is great. The layout is wonderful too, well organized.

Wow - don't go in close to closing. We were told we had exactly 12 minutes to shop and they would be closing then. Not much time to pick out a $200 pair of runners. We had 2 different girls hurry us along. Happy to report we were out of there before closing with a promise that the shoes can be returned if not suitable. Ha - been there before with this store - it is a struggle to have them honour their promise!

They do not honor mask exemptions. The lady working there said exemptions had been wiped away, umm yeah no. She didn’t offer any other options either. Sounds like discrimination to me but if that’s part of your store policy then it must be good.

I went to Shoeper with a number of “foot challenges.” I have orthotics and needed all black shoes for work. I walk about 10 kms per day for my job, so comfort is very important to me. Levi, the assistant manager was very patient as I tried on many shoes before finding a suitable pair. I will recommend Shoeper to friends and family.

Staff are wonderful! So kind and very helpful. The store is clean and well stocked. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that I find even the shoes that are on clearance are still quite expensive.

Great shoe store! There shoes are expensive but the staff is great! They helped return my crocs that I just bought with a free exchange because they broke after putting them on! They were very sweet and kind and even went into the back to get me the colour I wanted in my size!

Went here reluctantly because I didn't feel like driving to London. I came with my son for new school shoes. We wandered the aisles trying to figure out his size and where his shoes would be located. Two staff stood chatting at the cash the whole time. No initiative in helping customers, had to ask eventually as got frustrated. Bought him shoes but will make the drive to London for my daughter to get better service. Given this store a lot of chances.

Despite having 4 staff members around the till, there was quite a lineup as the coworkers were too busy flirting with each other and practicing mediocre quebecois rather than doing their job. Immediately after paying we were chased into the parking lot and accused of stealing. Thursday March 2, 2023 Male in his 20's Just over 6 ft short dark hair, is the rudest and most egotistical employee I have ever come across. If he were my employee he would be fired immediately.
