I have been involved with Fly With Me Animal Rescue for 8 months and have fostered 2 dogs through this group. It is incredibly well organized. The dogs chosen to come on the transport, in my experience, have been incredibly kind, good-mannered, and gentle, which speaks to the process Fly With Me Animal Rescue goes through in selection of dogs. They have been very responsive to each and every question/concern I've had. It is evident that the group prioritizes the needs of each dog to ensure the right match"."

Fly With Me is a wonderful rescue organization run completely by dedicated volunteers, who recognize that abused, abandoned and neglected dogs deserve a chance at a good life and who fight for them to have one. We love our Rudy and couldn’t imagine a better fit for our family. We have also fostered for the organization, which we find is so rewarding. Rescuing and fostering is hard work and an important commitment that requires patience, dedication, self-education and an understanding that the pups have likely been through significant trauma and may require training as a result. Fly With Me does their utmost to make great matches between pups and families and has a thorough vetting process. We look forward to continuing to foster for them, we are really inspired by the work they do and we cant thank them enough for matching us with our boy Rudy.

Volunteering for Fly With Me Animal Rescue for the past year and half has been truly life changing. I have been able to meet and connects with hundreds of people who love dogs and are looking for a new addition to their family. The transformation of the dog from when it arrives in Halifax to when it's settled in its new home makes every second of work worth it. The dogs are happy, adorable, and looking for a family which I get to have a hand being apart of. Every single volunteer, foster, and adopter has been incredible to work with and I look forward to many more!

We had such a great experience with Fly With Me Animal Rescue and we couldn't be happier with our new dog. We were very impressed with how thorough the adoption process was and how well the process was communicated to us. There were lots of touch points where we could ask questions and at no time did we feel pressured to make a quick decision. We could tell that matching the right dog for our family was as important to them as it was to us. We loved getting to see videos and pictures of adoptable dogs to help us decide who we wanted to meet. Our dog was so well cared for at her foster family before she came to us and that helped smooth the transition into our home. We were nervous about some of the decompression signs our dog was showing and when we reached back out to Fly With Me, they helped connect us with a trainer who helped introduce some techniques to make us all feel more comfortable. Our dog has become such an important family member now and we couldn't be more grateful to the folks that helped us find her. ❤️

Fly With Me introduced me to my new best friend & I couldn’t have been happier with the process or the result. I really enjoyed how thorough they were, but also that you got a response within a good time & got set up with someone to go over things with. Everything was well communicated every step of the way and they are really good to tell you about the potential issues shelter dogs are prone to & checked in at every step to ensure I was still wanting to proceed. Overall, everyone was super professional & nice to deal with.

We reached out to Fly With Me Animal Rescue early last summer. Through a thorough vetting system, they have ensured they found the perfect match for our household...And here came Abby! The most lovely, kissing machine, blanket thief I have ever met! Abby has been with us a little over 10 months now and we could not ask for a better fury family member! It has been nothing but awesome wth Fly With Me! I signed up to be a foster, but become a foster fail, and ended up adopting my furever baby within the first day! They have always been very helpful, friendly and informative. They are doing AMAZING things and saving so many lives! Bruce could not be happier (and me too).

I adopted a rescued dog from Fly With Me in February 2022. These folks were nothing but kind, caring, professional, and helpful. It was obvious from start to finish that they all care deeply for each and every dog.
