Good place, never too busy, some machines will sometimes not count a quarter or dollar you put in but it just means it passed through, look in the corner slit and you’ll see it, so push the button and use a key to pull it out then try again, easy to do, never lost money.Some of the drying machines I feel take a long time, even if I clean up the lint trap, I’ll try number 6 7 8 9 instead and we’ll see. Over all it’s a fine place even if not perfect and I will keep coming here.

A gentleman who entered the facility to clean was incredibly rude to me as I was waiting for my laundry..This is an expensive baunderie and I am a paying customer. But I think they believe they're some kind of chi chi bistro LOL.Will not be returning, obviously.They get 2 stars because the machines are well maintained and cleaned.EDIT: Owner replied. He thinks the bad review is because he asked me to wear my mask. I *always* wore my mask. Their reply demonstrates *exactly* the managerial entitlement and arrogance I was talking about.Do not patronise this place, its owners are complete a$$e to their paying customers.

Great dryer, only 30ms and my items were perfectly dry, the owner comes in to help and cares about his customer's experience.

I started coming here after giving up on the dump that is Lavoir Laurier (yikes!). This place is the best laundromat in the area: clean, all machines work (several options/prices), wi-fi, vending machine, change machine, and the owner/manager comes around several times a day, apparently, as I see him all the time making sure all is going well. Thank you!P.S. Prices are higher than other places, but the place is WAY better than cheaper places, and I value that. One does not feel like a loser for being there.

This Wash Salon was a great experience. It is easy accessible via Metro Station Laurier (take exit A). You can buy washing powder easily via a vending mashine which also has snacks and cool drinks.Everything was very clean and the staff was very helpful the first time I entered and explained me everything. The washing mashines and the dryers work perfectly.
