For our company business they are an excellent source of Hoses and Hose products. The Hose tracker has been a help in both tracking and compliance. The order desk (Nelson and others) along with the rest of the sales team are always spot on with information. The back room gang in assembly, testing and shipping are great to deal with.

As a beverage manufacturer rapidly scaling up, OH is our go-to for reliable, quick assistance with selecting and ordering the right piece we need to keep moving forward (hose fittings, IBC tote valve adapters, dustcaps, and more). The have a huge selection and their staff are well knowledgable. Website is also very user friendly.

Ontario Hose provided specialty hoses for a significant project in the steel industry. Rob and Dan were exceptionally helpful and kept on top of the manufacture and delivery. The hose design and delivery schedule was critical to the project success and they came through without any issues. I would recommend using them in the future for any projects that I manage.

I needed some fittings and hose to join together a couple of water tanks for a DIY project. So i loaded up my young son and headed down to the store. Pierre's customer service was outstanding! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. With tons of parts on hand he was able to take my project from paper to reality in no time at all and at a very fair price to boot. But what I was most impressed with was how engaging and respectful he was with my son. It sure made my sons day and mine.
