House deal closed July 29 2020. Took 3+ months (with 5 plus follow-up emails) to receive paperwork on a straightforward transaction, with the excuse of we're busy because the real estate market in town has been busy" as the reason for the delay. Errors included not reading all the financing details

After contacting legal aide, I was given a list of lawyers in my area that take legal side cases. I went through the list and found what I thought was going to be the best option for me. I call and ask to speak with Candice, but reception informs me she is in court and would I like to speak with her assistant. She connects me to the assistance mail box where I leave a detailed message. After a week with no return call. I phone the office again only to get voicemail once more. Again I leave a detailed message to call me back. Again days with mo response go by. Again I call and this time I get to speak to the assistant who says yes I remember your message. It's being paid for by legal side
