There are a lot of great mechanics in Calgary, but Stu at Calgary Cycle Pure is my go to. I appreciate the relationship we’ve built up and love that he knows my bike. And he’s always teaching me new things as I’m ready to learn them which is important to me at this time in my MTB career.

Great shop, great staff. They got my bike set up perfectly and were very accommodating. I dropped by as they were closing last week and they took the time to make sure my tires were properly inflated (I had over inflated them.) went back today and they were able to make some small adjustments and installed a head set extender and ergonomic grips that have made a world of difference in riding comfort. Thank you! I will definitely be back and recommending this shop!

We are returning customers, as we live near by. Went in for a safety service " on our used purshase. Staff was upfront about what they can and can't do and how much it would cost. We are casual riders so it was still was worth the wait. They have high end products

I want to say thanks to the amazing staff in his South location, I stopped by to ask for a revision of a bike I bought from a gentleman that wasn't not using it because he had a knee surgery and his bike was almost in good shape but I wanted to get the revision from an expert, at Calgary Cycle in Canyon Meadows, Jerome was very kind to spend few minutes doing the inspection and making slightly adjustments and telling me that the bicycle was in good shame and no need to book an appointment for major service. During the inspection I had the chance to shopping in the store and found some accessories that will help me enjoy the ride of my new bicycle and once again I want to say thanks very much for have a great team members in your business.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic bike shop just off Macleod Trail and right beside Fish Creek Park. Both sales and service are excellent. Sales team is great at listening to customers wants/needs and not over selling. Great at giving options and opinions when asked. Knowledgeable about all products. Service side is incredible. Lots of local knowledge about different trails and rides. Have bought our last five bikes from here and will continue to go back for more.Keep up the great work Calgary Cycle - Pure!

I went to the store on my bike looking for a fender. When I was in front of the door I stopped to read the sign, Mike open the door and said come on in. Impressed ! Right away he mentioned the wrong set up of my horns (road bike) I said I just bought the bike from a friend and he preceded to adjust them properly and educated me on why. Double impressed. Then asked me why I came in and we discussed the need of the fender in the front wheel which I didn’t need. Then he mentioned that I should clean the bike and said we can do it for you or I can show you what you need to do it yourself….show me please! Great mini class on what I needed to do, of course I picked up the gear needed. Mike was great and I will come back to this store anytime I need something bike related. Great place great Mike! Thank you.

Calgary Cycle - Canyon Meadows
Had a melt down malfunction right as I was headed out for a great Sunday ride. Knew I was out of my element trying to repair hydraulic disc breaks on a bike so brought it in to CC. The tech who helped me sign in it was able to guide me on the most cost effective path back to riding as well as making sure the bike was safe and road ready. Quotes me a week or so and to my surprise was ready in 48 hours. (I'm told that's rare) but it's great optics for a first time customer. Will visit for a tune up soon. Thanks guys!
