On entrance we were greeted by a staff member (Rob), who introduced himself and left us to browse. When we selected what we wanted, Rob was there to complete the sale. The whole transaction including delivery was hassle free. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to buy furniture.

So it started out great, at the sales end of things. Sales person in the store was wonderful & very helpful. The breakdown happened on delivery. Was called and provided a date and window of time that delivery would be made, a Thursday between 1pm & 4pm. Schedule cleared and waiting commenced, at 3:50pm phoned the store to check on the deliver, was informed that deliver was in-fact not going to happen during the window of time I was told. It was now going to happen after 4pm. I questioned why no one would of called me to inform me that my deliver was not on time or happening as scheduled. The answer these things happen we missed it and didn't call you. I asked what the process is from here, I cleared my afternoon I now have to move other appointments around to which I was told nothing would be done outside of cancel the delivery and reschedule. I asked to speak to a manager and well that failed I got a front store lead again said these things happen we can send you a check for the delivery fee. I asked when the delivery would happen was given a time and I asked to speak to the store manager. Got a call later from the store manager and she said the same thing(think it might be a corporate script or policy) these things happen theres traffic what can we do about hat nothing. I was told they would refund my delivery fee to which I said that would probably have to happen as you didn't deliver during the time you stated so why would I be paying. The manger didn't like this the poor customer service got worse from here. We can mail you a check thats all we can do we can't go back in time. No apologies or explanation as to why I wouldn't of been called to make me aware that the delivery would be late. It gets a little bit better. The delivery person called to say we are on our way and will be there at a different time (later) than the manger and lead person had stated. I asked why he didn't call me to say he was going to miss the 1-4pm window I was given. He stated no one told him that my delivery was to be made at that time. He was very nice and apologized. Management however was not nice and very annoyed when I questioned the process or failure within the process.

Great experience dealing with Jared, Very honest and easy to deal with. We’re very happy with the purchase of our new love seat. The delivery Guys had an issue putting the middle back on during the morning, but they had a new piece out to us and installed by 2pm the same day.

Jared was a wonderful salesperson. He provided all the information we needed and then left us to discuss our decision alone. He was great. A great employee to have.

Great experience at this store. Went looking for a recliner. No pressure from the salesperson. Easy peasy. Would definitely go back again
