I have been renting from Chanden Homes for 6 years. I have never had any issues with the rental company or staff, they have always been great and they actually give gifts every Christmas. which is very kind. I've never been treated this well from any other rental company. The property is well maintained and if any thing needs fixing they handled it in a very timely manner. highly recommend.

THE PLACES ARE BEAUTIFUL BUT DON'T SIGN WITH THESE PEOPLE! Had maintenance use their key to access my place without permission or notice that they were coming. He walked in on me sleeping. Was told to buy my own cleaning supplies, fans and dehumidifier for mold. They continue to paint over mold on wall. Basement flooded on a Saturday and their emergency hotline returned my call 1.5hrs later after I gave up on them and contacted the actual owner of the house. At that point they said they will TRY to contact maintenance. Lots of excuses which I'm sure they will comment below. They are the sole reason I will not renew. The whole operation is a gong show.

Happy with the services received. They are smooth and quick. I find that the property management team is very accommodating since day one.We had important request this morning, everything was completed and delivered within 2 hours. We thought for sure it will take days. We are pleased with their services.

I rented from them in 2019-2021, and have still uet to get any sort of damage deposit back from them. There were many other issues as well such as improperly done roof repairs and one of the bedrooms having floor to ceiling cracks and structural damage.

I have been living in one of their apartments for two and a half years now. I've never had an issue with any of their staff. They have always responded quickly to my texts and are more than happy to send a maintenance guy when needed. The maintenance guy that I have always dealt with is very friendly and helpful . I once had extremely noisy neighbours living above me...a bunch of twenty year old East Indians who loved to party... and after complaining, Chanden kicked then out! They don't tolerate that kind of behavior. I would definitely recommend their apartments to any courteous and considerate potential tenant.

Chanden Homes by far is one of the best rental companies I've dealt with. The application process was easy, my apartment was spotless. Honestly, did not have to clean one room which in my experience is never the case. Whenever I have an issue, it is resolved quick. If I ever move again, I'll definitely try to get a place managed by this company.

They refuse to return damage deposit but do not give a reason why . They state they'll return it in 2 weeks which turns into 3 months and still nothing !!! This tells me that they steal and should be called thieves!! It wasn't me that rented from you ,it was family and I can tell you that all bills were paid up to date but the water bill came to your office after my family members moved out and you ignoring my and their calls/texts/voicemails,I/they had no idea of the amount owing. Simple communication goes a long way in resolving issues. You chose not to communicate . As of yesterday the damage deposit has still not been sent out . I'm not sure how much communication is happening in your office but you might want to get on top of that .

We have rented a few apartments with Chanden homes. Professional and friendly people. Always quick to respond to any questions. Apartments are clean and smells fresh -that’s all what you need!I would highly recommend!

I have rented with Chanden Homes for 2 years now and haven't had any issues! The application process was quick and painless (I dealt with Chantelle) and when my roommates moved out and new ones moved in, they made the transition very easy! Whenever there is a maintenance problem with the unit, they are quick and efficient to fix it which I appreciate. We also got a super cute Christmas gift which was very thoughtful! The hallways and stairs are well kept and any cover ups in my unit were done well, the paint colour is just a little off but that's minor. Overall, I would recommend renting with Chanden Homes

This is our first time renting from Chaden Homes and we are absolutley thrilled! They are very professionnial, friendly and respond very quickly to any questions that you may have. They genuienly care about their renters and go above and beyond to help out. We would recommend them to anyone that is looking to rent from them.
