Thank Guys!1)You accused us of not paying like we were theives with magical receipts.2)You rescheduled our delivery without apology, causing us to extend a contract deadline.3)You then delivered us someone else's order, still no apology, and four phone conversations later you finally send our order, yet too late to use forcing us to extend our deadline yet again.4)You then send us half the order... This time you offer to refund our delivery fees but only after spending two hours to prove that we didn't steal these undelivered items.5)You call us back to say you don't know how to refund our online order so we need to now drive to Hamiton from Thorold on our own time to do it in store. We tell you this defeats the purpose so you say someone else will try. Multiple people try when finally one person does.5) Finally we get our whole order. And the refund begins to process but it will take a few days to retake the proper discounted" amount.6)Today

I purchased pavers and a large quantity of mulch this weekend. I asked for assistance with loading the bags of mulch as the gated area was locked. Was told to load it myself at the side of the building. I asked if someone could help load it there. Again, told no, that I was to do it myself! I literally went to this store for the help loading the mulch bags…otherwise, I could have collected points at Canadian Tire if I knew that I was going to have to load it myself! Very frustrating!

Nice fully stocked store and an amazing hassle-free return policy! Great to be able to hear and communicate with the staff behind the registers, without blockades up around the counters! Plant selection for summer is really solid, too! Kudos!

Bad customer service at Rymal and Stone Church location, I have been coming to this location for 15 years since they opened, never had problem, this customer service return item area refused accept my item and did not give me store credit. She offered me less amount then I paid.I return a few things before and got credit, because I do not have receiptsI used credit to buy other itemI am going to do my basement Reno and I will use other store to buy things for RenoCustomer service offered me less money then I paid for, she said “I can give you $10 “ then she turned computer screen from me to her site.then she said because you do not have receipt. Doesn’t matter, refund / credit should be on item you paid for with receipt or not.What is this? Market, bargain?? What that mean I can give you??You scanned item you have all info and you telling me that you can give me $10? What is this? Her own store or big companyIsn’t they have all history of all items you bought by code numberWhen I asked for supervisor she said that she is supervisor on day July 4 at 7 pmShe said maybe on Christmas price will go up and you can get moreUnbelievableYou can not return money more then I paidShe should go back to school and think logical before to say somethingThere is no word NOOr You help to the client or you loose the business.Unprofessional service, not happy with service at all.

I always struggle to find things as the website doesn’t mention where to find the product in store and the signage inside Home Depot store is never great….Spoke to a first associate that was not helpful at all, but thankfully then I found Dan in the Electrical aisle. He went out of his way to assist me and help me find the right product. A REAL GEM!

Very disappointed with our visit tonight to the Stonechurch rd location in Hamilton & the centennial pkwy location. We were attempting to buy a smoker that was shown online as in stock at both locations but staff were unable to locate any of them in both locations even though it showed in stock online and in their system also as being available. We asked to buy the display model and they refused to help us any further by telling us they couldn’t do that and did not reach out to management for further assistance leaving us frustrated and disappointed. We finally were able to get some proper customer service at the Ancaster location and buy what we needed. Customer service is very important, number one! Especially when people are spending quite a bit of money at your stores!

Hubby & I went to this location yesterday to view and purchase a gazebo. When we 1st arrived and found what we wanted we could not find any sales reps around to help.I found a wonderful woman at the returns desk ( very friendly with blonde hair approx 330pm) who helped us track down Danielle who had been helping another customer.Danielle was an incredible help. She answered all our questions and went above and beyond calling different people to figure out how install and payment for it works.It is quite refreshing to have someone care as much as we did about a rather large purchase.Thank you for your excellent service Danielle!

Great service from knowledgeable staff. I’ve not been to this store but I’ll go again. The trip was quick and painless. I normally find having to have pain mixed can be a long process and there’s a lot of people waiting. I was out of the store in under 10Minutes.

Hands down the best home Depot experience I've ever had. Within the first 10 min I had 4 different employees ask me if I needed help. All very knowledgeable and customer service focused. The manager runs a great store.

Poor quality service. They installed an A/C unit to my house. Wires and electrical box are burned and when I tried to get help I received a very poor response from multiple managers. Unfortunately this is not the first time I received this level of customer service from Homedepot. I will never use their service again for any important items.Update I received a phone call from a much more professional team member. Unfortunately I had to wait 11 hours for this phone call. I am going to bed right now without any resolution.
