Professional, fun and very knowledgeable. I was looking for a personal trainer who had a Kinesiology background to ensure I was going to be trained one-on-one by someone who could adjust, answer and achieve my results. Luckily I found Taya. She fully understands what I am trying to accomplish for longevity and has personalized a plan for me. Including our in person sessions as well as at-home options. Already hitting new milestones and seeing progress after just a few weeks.Highly recommend.

Bought adjustable weight love them use them almost everyday.Bought a sports bra so comfortable, the girls don't move so has good support.I have been joining the zoom workouts and I am addicted to them they are fun, interactive, No judgments and very encouraging. I recommend Taya to everyone that talks about working out.

I have been working out with Taya since April. She has helped me lose 3” off my waistline and drop 20lbs.I had to measure myself 3 times because I couldn’t believe it.Her workouts are thorough, she explains each exercise clearly and provides options for easier or harder versions.I would never workout on my own but I look forward to every workout with Taya. She makes it so easy to just get up and get to work. There is no driving to the gym, washing someone else’s sweat off equipment and feeling awkward around strangers. I love the privacy of the zoom class but the camaraderie of knowing I have a live instructor helping me in real time.I can not recommend these classes enough.Thank you Taya!!!!

I contacted Taya after seeing an add on Facebook. There are plenty of people selling dumbbells, but I was impressed with how helpful Taya was and how promptly she answered my questions. She gave me exact direction to her business and met me with a smile and left happy with my purchase. After I left I received a call fromTaya informing me that I had over paid her by $100. You don’t see this often these days, but could tell when I met her she was that kind of person. Look forward to buying some more equipment from her as she gets her business established.
