WaterTree Water Conditioning

This company is unable to consistently deliver every two weeks. We signed with then in April and had trouble with the initial machine delivery. Then I found they nelected to add us to the route when the water wasn't delivered two weeks later. After that deliveries occurred. Then one delivery was skipped and they said it was the wrong week resulting in us going 3 weeks without delivery. Then today was the final straw; no delivery and office again tried to say they just delivered last week- NO! I do not understand what is so difficult for Water tree to understand about. every two weeks" and I resent them trying to saw its our fault. We use a calendar. Why can't they."

WOW!!!!!!!! My experience with this company was simply amazing.The customer service level is beyond top notch.Captain Kirk was very informative and helpful.The install team was focused on my needs and wants.The hot tub is everything I expected plus much more!!!!Thank you Water Tree!!

We purchased a spa from The Pool and Spa center. Bobby and Kirk took such great care of us I will never do business anywhere else. They were so helpful and so knowledgeable. We love our new spa it makes for great family time.

They carried all 6 thirty pound bags into my truckHelped an old man with a bad back.

Kirk is great to work with. He gave us several options on tubs from used to new to used showroom tubs and this offered a range of pricing options and options for the actual hot tub. Kirk took multiple calls from me when I had questions about the tub after it was installed no matter what time of day it was. Great customer service!

Prices are good and service was better then I expected.I am glad I made the choice to change my water service..The H2O is of good quality and the taste is as I'd hoped it to be.I have been to other fill stations that sell purified water just to see a crusty build up around the nozzle of the machine.That always leaves me with a feeling I am not getting purified, filtered water.When I walk out of water tree, I am confident that I am getting getting what I expect.

Tonya was knowledgeable and easy to work with.Installation of filter and softener was excellent especially in the tight space they had to work with.Definitely use them...you wont be disappointed!!

We cannot say enough good things about Water Tree. We had a water cooler go down today - really started leaking badly from the bottom. I called and explained the issue to the gals in the office. Within 1 hour, our delivery driver Orlando came back to the property to inspect it. It turns out it needed to be replaced. Normally, we wouldn't mind waiting a day or two, but during the Sturgis Rally it's actually a crucial part of our property! We need to keep people hydrated and we also use it to make our guests coffee in the mornings. Orlando had a new unit for us in place within hours of our call for service. What an amazing guy he is! We are so happy to see him when he delivers and he is always so pleasant. Thank you Orlando! We were very devastated to hear about the loss of our previous driver Toby. If you lease equipment good luck getting them to change filters or provide filters for you to change this company wants your money does not care about your service.
