I ordered a sausage bacon wrap got a sausage wrap . Ordered a bacon egg muffin got that but the muffin was just so uneven just look at the picture . When ordering the order screen messed up so bad I didn't know what my order really was. When trying to explain that a women inside the store didn't care and just seemed like she wanted to argue . Not a very good experience.

Seems like no tim Hortons in penticton actually pays attention to their mobile order system. Placed an order at 7:45 I walked into the location at 8:10. I did not walk for another 10 minutes as my single drink order (1 london fog) was not prepared nor where my 2 cookies even in a bag. In total it took almost 40 minutes for my order to even be started. The entire point of Ordering on the app is to give these employees time to make the drinks. I'm sorry but 40 minutes is PLENTY of time to make a single tea that has to sit and cool before someone can even drink it. Seriously frustrated with this outcome as this is the 5th time out of 5 times I have used the Mobil order and had to wait longer than I would have standing in line

Got off graveyard went to grab breakfast completely ruined my order and also charged me two times they forgot to add some of my stuff and when telling them it’s not in the bag they said I have to pay for it because I’m assuming they forgot to add it on then didn’t want to tell me lol.. anyway called management when I got home because they gave me wrong items all the stuff I ordered were missing components drenched in sauce and the icecap had a ton of oat milk. Manager told me come in the next morning for a gift card. Go in the next morning first guy was constantly asking me what for when I asked him to get me the manager even when I told him why then this younger guy was standing at the drive through window staring me down (I’m a 5’2 female) then came over and said what do I want I again said the manager they started laughing at me. A women came giving me attitude saying what do I want to order I said nothing from this place she said why I explained she said well what do you want I’m not the manager so I said she told me to come back and again explained the situation meanwhile there’s 3 of them in the back laughing and trying to intimidate me. Eventually she slapped a gift card in my hand and said “THERE” and walked away. Disgusting people and disgusting food not to mention they messed up orders while I’m standing right there lol.

So it would be really nice if there is more than one customer in the store that had just ordered food. That instead of placing food down and saying nothing and the other person goes to the washroom. Mayb saying what’s in the bags would be awesome. Tim’s is well known for brutal communication. And trust me it won’t get better. So I won’t be going to your store as I’ve had better service at other locations. Mayb it’s times to wake up and start with customer service. And giving you 2 stars was very generous

Cannot get a simple order right. Then they try and blame you saying you ordered it. This one is right by my house but I will go out of my way for now on. Not worth having to go back twice.

It was good. Not great but good. The Tim Beibs made me gag. The chocolate one had no flavour and the other two were so sweet I had to spit them out. They are a promotional item so I'm not holding it against them.

Went to this tim Hortons at 7:30 PM April,6 2023 just in case management reads this asked for a crispy chicken wrap they had the grill turned off for cleaning you had to wait over an hour to reheat everything we decided to go to a different Tim Hortons they even said it was weird to shut down a machine for cleaning the lady at the window was so rude no apology nothing nose up in the air shuts the window and walks away. Who wants that kind of service I dont.

I order a green tea black. Every single time I go to this Tim’s they give me either orange peko or green tea with cream in it. Don’t waste your time or money here.
