Oakville Cardiologists Diagnostic Centre

I am under the care of Cardiologist Dr. Talhe Sayed. Dr. Sayed is a positive and caring Doctor. Having a Cardiologist who you can count on is so important as Patients with heart disease do need attention and assurance often. He also has an amazing Secretary Eva, who is such a professional snd returns calls without delay. Really glad to have people like this looking after you.

Overall they are very disorganized and unfriendly. Information provided changes depending on who you speak to. They call the wrong contact person and leave appointment details via voicemail. Very argumentative and unprofessional. I feel like my hand is being slapped during the phone calls. The patient is always wrong. One lady asked if my dad had intentionally turned the monitor off. They word this very rudely and are combative. One lady did call me back and apologize for giving the wrong information after rudely arguing that I was wrong. A level of friendliness is missing. They need customer service training. FYI an appointment cannot be missed when we are not aware of it. Considering the field they are in the unprofessionalism is concerning.

I work in the area and have always heard great things about Oakville Cardiologists (North Site), but this was my first visit as a patient. It was truly a great experience. The office was very clean, organized, and well run. From the receptionist Debbie to the technicians, Shaleeza and Paige – they were all very kind, professional and gave me step-by-step instructions and explanations throughout the entire visit. They were all excellent and answered all my questions. I would recommend this office for anyone and everyone.

Great first experience. Dr. Chiamvimonvat (Vera) is an amazing doctor who was very friendly and thorough, she immediately made me feel very comfortable and I especially loved how she really took the time to explain my conditions and treatment options with me. Dr. Vera went above and beyond to ensure my health and wellness was the first priority. She is extremely knowledgable and personable. You can tell she truly cares about her patients! I would highly recommend her to anyone!Nancy is a very professional sonographer. I was nervous about the procedures but she immediately put me at ease. She was patient, warmly explained what exactly was involved, and took care of my concerns to let me know I was in good hands.Steve, Dr. Vera’s assistant, provided courteous and prompt patient care. Pleasant clinic experience, I highly recommend it.

The office is very clean and is large with nice furnishings.There is ample free parking. Dr Heffernan is an outstanding cardiologist who is extremely thorough in his work. His secretary Robin is very quick, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this office and Dr Heffernan!

My cardiologist’s assistant NEVER picks up the phone and needs 48 hours to return a voice-message. She is respectful and pleasant so maybe this is not her fault?
