My wife and I had our maple hardwood floors sanded and refinished by Dorian and are extremely pleased with the results. Virtually no dust, he showed up on time and finished on time. Great value we got several bids for this and while he wasn't the least expensive we felt he offered the best value and end result. I think our floors look better now that they did when brand new. I would highly recommend this company.

And I can say without hesitation that the owner of magnus anderson, Dorian Gaines is by far the most professional and respectful owner and man I've had the pleasure of meeting. Dorian does amazing work! Not only is he on time, but the quality of work and value for your money is immeasurable. He also finished my floors quickly and used a water based finish and dustless system so that it didn't mess with my allergies. I get compliments on my floors all the time and refer them to Dorian at Magnus Anderson.

Dorian and crew are the most professional, detail oriented company that I have dealt with, they care about all the details, big and small, their on time, work hard , very fair pricing, dust free, you don't have to move out to a hotel because of the smell if you select the water base finish, They own all the equipment, meaning this is there full time job, they don't rent stuff like others do! Dorian and his crew were in just after the holidays to refinish the hardwood flooring in our entry and kitchen. It was old and worn. We had thought about replacing it with LVP but when Dorian came to give us the bid, he said he could bring it back to life and boy, did he! We are thoroughly please with how it turned out. He was responsive and on time. Can't recommend him enought!
